An enchanting location, tables hidden among the ancient beams and caves beneath the structure that houses this restaurant, where local ingredients are showcased, with a focus on seasonality. The menu, including the desserts, is constantly evolving.
Tagliatella rolled thinly with a rolling pin accompanied by seasonal mushrooms, squid ink cannelloni stuffed with broccoli accompanied by crispy bacon, rabbit in porchetta accompanied by diced eggplant—the latter—all accompanied by an excellent, locally sourced Aleatico, almost zero-mile and super organic! Finally, a gelato made with olive oil from the town of Cartoceto and a traditional Moretta from Fano. €85 for a bottle of wine always makes a difference in the final bill, so be the judge!

We visited this restaurant and were truly impressed.
We were the only guests, and the owner cooked for us personally: he gave his all to offer us a unique experience.
It was truly wonderful, and we can honestly say this place is a true hidden gem.
We congratulate him and hope he maintains this quality and passion for cooking in the future.

A truly charming and wonderful inn nestled among the villages of Cartoceto.
My husband and I were there on Saturday evening. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a first course, a cappellaccio with vegetables, and a fillet steak with side dishes.
Everything was delicious and much appreciated. Paired with a good Pergola. Prices are perhaps a little high. Service is fast and very friendly.

A jewel nestled in the silence of an ancient village. I recommend visiting the village itself. Exclusively local foods and combinations carefully crafted with great professionalism and passion by the chef and owner, Gianluca. I would have loved to try them all because of their uniqueness. I was so in such a hurry to eat them that I only photographed two. An experience to relive.

A refined, sophisticated cuisine and in some dishes even gourmet. Excellent raw materials and well combined.
A welcoming, familiar and intimate place, recommended for intimate dinners. The cave remains very cool, therefore perfect in the torrid summers.
