a place from another time....penalized by the limited internal space (2 rooms) and the lack of some environmental improvements...but excellent in terms of quality, hygiene and the friendliness of the husband and wife managers.

An authentically old-fashioned place: pecorino and cheeses, along with cold cuts, mozzarella, first courses (I recommend the "lardata" incredible flavors) together with the very kind owners, always ready to exchange a few words, a smile, a light and intelligent joke. Don't go wrong, you'll be on the safe side! I wish there were more of these places (especially in Milan!).

Homemade inn! It feels like going to eat at grandma's house... food cooked with love but above all like once upon a time, homemade recipes, I have tasted the whole menu on several occasions, you have to taste it to understand, there are no words!!!! And then the location, really nice, simple, spartan, essential! And then the staff, all very kind, helpful and passionate! Well done everyone! See you soon!

Selezionato il ristorante dalla banca dati di Trip Advisor, abbiamo trovato un locale senza grandi pretese estetiche ma gestito con cura, grande simpatia e professionalità del personale. La lardiata era eccellente così come la frittura di pesce e le alici imbottite. Un pochino secco il brasato nocino e vino non al livello della cucina. Da consigliare.

Sono venuto da Bologna per visitare la Campania ed oggi Benevento. Siamo capitati in questa locanda di cui avevo visto ottime recensioni. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente! Un antipasto, due primi e un secondo fatto dalla simpaticissima cuoca a cui ho fatto personalmente i miei complimenti. Da tanti anni non mangiavo così bene. Grazie anche al proprietario che ci ha raccontato con pazienza i piatti della locanda e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Se tornerò a Benevento non mancherò di venirvi a trovare per gustare i sapori della vostra terra. Grazie !

16/05/2025: We went on a trip to Benevento with our class and ate at Gino and Pina. We were welcomed. The children ate everything with pleasure and so did we teachers. Good quality food, clean place and friendly and professional staff.

26/03/2025: Just before the main road that leads to Benevento you come across this lovely place with warm and welcoming spaces. We booked the same day around 2:30 pm and we waited a bit, as it was full for Sunday lunch, but it was worth it. The menu offers a wide range of both fish and meat dishes as well as some off-menu options. The gnocchi were extremely tasty, with a very light dough and an intense sauce despite the simplicity of the ingredients, and the wild boar stew, tender and unique in the combination of chestnuts. But the other courses were no less. For a complete meal (starters, first and second courses, with a glass of wine) we hopefully paid €40 per person, normal prices and in line with the quality of the products. It is no coincidence that it has been awarded the Michelin guide certificate for several years :)
09/03/2025: I was a guest at dinner on Valentine's Day with my partner. Perfect and well organized evening, despite the seats being full they were good and never delayed
