Lunch on the veranda with the stove lit, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while outside the fog envelops the view, making everything even more evocative.
Traditional dishes prepared as they once were: homemade pasta, rich and flavorful sauces, generous portions, and excellent quality. Every bite tastes like authentic, sincere cooking.
Friendly service and a family atmosphere, the kind where you immediately feel at home.

An inn in the center of Guiglia, with a nearby parking lot.
The inn has several rooms, a very nice location, and friendly staff.
I had butternut squash ravioli, fried gnocco, tigelle, prosciutto, mortadella, and caciotta cheese—all excellent.
I recommend it.

A welcoming place, the food is always a guarantee. If you go during the week, there's a set menu with excellent food and great prices. Highly recommended.

We stopped by by chance and made a reservation half an hour in advance. A true Emilian trattoria, with magnificent tortellini, not to mention the crescentine and gnocco fritto. The chicken cacciatore is superb. Thanks to the trattoria manager for introducing me to Borlengo. Oh my goodness, how delicious! Quick, friendly, and very kind service (typically Emilian). Go there!
