We went with friends and ordered carpaccio with arugula and parmesan, braciole, and meatballs cooked in a terracotta pan with the sauce. Everything was spectacular. Fresh bread was available for mopping up the sauce. Then we ordered fillets that melted in the mouth. To finish, we had homemade desserts, grappa, and limoncello. The very kind and friendly owner will be able to recommend the right cut of meat for you. RECOMMENDED.

Wow, what a meal! The butcher shop has meat on display. Everything was really good, and the owners were very friendly. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Martina Franca.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a true Martina Franca resident, and it lived up to expectations. Don't expect a flashy place, as you'll be disappointed. It's rustic, just outside the center, and not particularly large, so I recommend booking a few days in advance. The meat section: excellent. The bombettes were tender and cooked just right, the sausage was high-quality. The strips dish was a must. The horse section was highly recommended, the appetizers were plentiful, and the staff was attentive, even recommending a wine to accompany everything. It's hard to spend more than €30 per person for everything I've listed. We were satisfied, and above all, full, which is rare these days. A recommended stop.

A crude, vulgar, down-to-earth, brazen place... UNIQUE. Highly recommended, a truly unique experience. The menu consists of disproportionately large appetizers and then meat, lots of meat. Upon entering, you'll notice a butcher's counter, where you can personally choose the cuts. Very fair prices: €80 for 4 of us, and we were truly full. The horse meat was delicious, the livers spectacular!
