Every time we go to Martina Franca it is a fixed stop to go and eat at Angelo, an exquisite and kind person. Excellent quality meat with good value for money. Friendly staff, especially Uncle Martino! See you soon Roberta and Nicola

What to say!! Very pleasant evening in an already surprising Martina Franca. The icing on the cake is this grill. Quick, welcoming and attentive to details. The amazing meat cooked to perfection and being Umbrian we know this. All very authentic and true. "The act of pain" was also very welcome: the bill! We spent less than in a medium-price pizzeria. Well done!

Congratulations to the managers and the staff, everything was really excellent, both the dishes and the service, excellent quality meat and above all very well cooked, which is not so obvious, a welcoming place like a real inn/tavern, price appropriate to the quality!

Excellent price compared to the quality of the raw material. You go to the counter, choose, they weigh your meat and you eat what you have chosen. Excellent horse and donkey meat. The house wine is good and recommended. Kind owner

24/08/2024: Nothing special for 50 euros each. I've eaten much better Florentine steak in other restaurants nearby, at least I get my piece of meat and I know what I'm eating, no pieces of meat. It looks like one of those all you can eat Chinese restaurants, the difference is that you pay 50 euros instead of 20 euros!! The meat isn't made in Italy anyway, they pay little for it and they charge a lot for it!!!
21/08/2024: It doesn't need reviews!🤭 The quality of the raw material can be seen as well as felt, he takes great care to leave the natural taste of the meat leaving freedom to add scented salt (produced by him). The beautiful thing is how it makes conviviality important by placing diners at united tables, thus creating new acquaintances even of different nationalities!
