It would be easy to walk right past this anonymous restaurant outside on a secluded street. But the quality of the pizzas is exceptional and the staff is very friendly.

I totally recommend the Locanda Sa Matracca in Cagliari ☺️ Both pizzas were super delicious! You can choose your doe between thin and crunchy or thick and fluffy - we take the crunchy variant and it was the best pizza we ever had 😊 From our experience in Sardinia, the price for a pizza is here a bit higher than usual but it’s absolutely worth it ❤️

An all-female project, never boring pizzas, the result of careful research into ingredients and pairings. At the heart of it all is pizza, with both Roman and Contemporary Neapolitan styles (high crust)—your choice and no extra charge. Prices are reasonable for Cagliari. You can fully experience Sardinian hospitality. I would suggest a more thoughtful and varied selection of beers. Prices range from excellent for a €0.33 beer to €14 for a €0.66 Puddu beer; in my opinion, there's no balance. The place is basic, with well-spaced tables and pleasant lighting. Highly recommended, and if you want to choose how you want your pizza, go elsewhere. The selection of desserts for €6 is also excellent!

A hidden but well-known pizzeria, definitely worth a try. The combination of ingredients is sophisticated, and the result is amazing. I loved the scallop and saffron pizza, but I also found the shrimp, coconut, and lime one very tasty. The prices are reasonable for a place like this. Reservations recommended.

A perfect choice... stunning location, breathtaking scenery, food beyond our expectations, from the appetizers to the excellent coffee... everything was truly excellent! A special mention goes to the snails with spicy sauce... a dive into childhood memories... a delight! Fast, attentive, and attentive service... Infinite thanks to Letizia... With grace, elegance, attention, and sensitivity, she made us feel pampered from the first to the last moment... Thank you, thank you so much!
01/11/2025: We had lunch today, November 1, with a couple of friends, four adults, and a 15-month-old baby. Everything was excellent: good, fresh food, and the portions were just right, but you always had the option of asking for seconds. The roast suckling pig, mushroom fregola, and sweet ravioli were all very popular. The service and attention to detail were impeccable, especially from Denise, who looked after our table. The staff were always kind and courteous, from start to finish.
