Locanda Rusticone - pizzeria e piccola cucina In Minturno

Every year I visit my relatives in Scauri and I never miss at least two or three dinners with pizza from Lu Rusticone, the best pizza by the meter I've ever eaten!

We travel from Caserta at least once a month to come to this wonderful pizzeria. The pizza is always amazing, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Top!

The pizzas are truly amazing. A variety of flavors to suit all tastes. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. A must-visit for pan pizza lovers.

The pizza tastes fantastic! You can simply point to all the flavors you want from the huge counter, and the friendly, fast staff behind the counter will cut off as much as you want. The slices are then weighed, warmed, cut into small pieces, and packaged. Perfect for a picnic by the sea. The prices are unbeatable, and the selection is insane.

"Lu Rusticone" is an excellent pizza by the slice located in the heart of town. The counter is huge and offers a wide selection, from classic pizzas to cold pizzas, including fried pizzas and baked calzones. The platter pictured cost €19 but included several slices of exquisite pizza. I particularly recommend the pizza with primosale cheese and cherry tomatoes and the cold one with salad, mayonnaise, and shrimp. Truly excellent!

We tried this pizzeria on a Sunday evening in August. The wait was long, given the 30 people in front, but the service was very fast, and we were served earlier than expected. The place is quite chaotic, although this depends on the number of people inside. There are also counters where you can eat the pizzas on site. We tried many different types, and I can say that none of them disappointed. Many exceeded our expectations, with distinct flavors and a soft, light dough with a slightly crusty base. A cross between Roman and Neapolitan pizzas. I recommend trying the capricciosa, which is perhaps a little higher quality than the others. Pizzas are priced based on weight and type. The price is excellent for the quality. I recommend eating on the waterfront, given its proximity and peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Pizza davvero buona e particolare nonché molto farcita. Pecca un po’ il servizio in termini di cordialità e gentilezza del personale. La ragazza fatica a sorridere, il ragazzo forse deve prenderci ancora la mano in sala, diciamo così. In merito al cibo e alla scelta del menu nulla da dire, locale ottimo per una cena semplice e alla mano!
