We had dinner there with a starter of mushroom salad, basket of puff pastry with burrata and crispy bacon, pork fillet with courgette cream and sliced ​​beef with lard and sautéed vegetables. I would say it was all excellent food, hospitality and price.

Un cena all'altezza delle aspettative in un locale rustico e familiare allo stesso tempo . Rapporto qualita'/prezzo ottima La cena composta da due ottimi ed abbondanti antipasti, con due primi di ottima qualita ',con vino ed acqua ,ed infine un dolce veramente eccezionale alla modica cifra di 50 euro. In attesa della cena ci e' stato offerto un buonissimo prosecco con pasta di pane fritta. Se amate il buon cibo in terra Umbra.....passate per la locanda Rovicciano non ve ne pentirete.

23/07/2024: Too bad there are only 5 stars, they deserve more. In this place it can be said that you gain in local spirit and soul located near the San Francesco forest next to the church of the crucifix. Excellent food impeccable service beautiful setting.
20/07/2024: Assisi è di per se un luogo di pace e tranquillità e questo posto ai piedi del bosco di San Francesco ne è la conferma. Pochi tavoli in legno all'aperto in mezzo al verde ed una buona cucina tipica... conviene prenotare perché il posto è gettonato ed i tavoli vengono presto occupati.
