The food is excellent, the place is beautiful and historic, the price is reasonable, only one small flaw: the bathroom doesn't have ventilation or a window, so the air is a bit "HEAVY" and ends up reaching the nearest tables.

09/01/2026: I didn't use the hotel portion, but we had lunch, and the food was very good. It's typical Piedmontese cuisine, with incredibly fresh and delicious raw meat and excellently prepared Piedmontese mixed fruit. I'd definitely recommend it again.
