Excellent!!! The Fassona tartare was delicious, and the pork cheek melted in your mouth! The guy in the dining room/bar was absolutely brilliant!

The quality of the food is truly excellent: carefully prepared dishes, balanced flavors, and a tasting menu worth trying.
The appetizer arrived in a flash and had given us hope, but unfortunately the service wasn't up to par.
The first course arrived only after about 25 minutes, the second course was again quick, but dessert took forever. (I'm still waiting for it.)
It's a shame, because with more careful management of the wait, it would have been a perfect experience.
I will definitely return for the excellent quality of the dishes.

A traditional restaurant in the center of Casale Monferrato. Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly staff. The menu selection was excellent, well-presented, and served promptly. The red wine is full-bodied and aromatic (Barbera). Reservations are recommended to avoid long waits. The restaurant was busy, so the noise level was high, but otherwise everything was fine.
We'll be back.
