Excellent food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive and helpful service. In addition to the à la carte menu, various tasting menus are available with absolutely affordable prices, all three courses and accompanied by a glass of wine. Reservation recommended.

Entering the Rossignoli inn is equivalent to being catapulted into an elegant room from 1913, with its Art Nouveau windows. The staff is really kind and knowledgeable, the dishes tasty and well made... typical of the Piedmontese tradition but with a modern touch. Absolutely recommended.

Local located in the center of Casale. I can only rate the Flank Steak (similar to elephant ear). If you intend to eat the Flank Steak I recommend not having aperitifs and not taking any dishes first because the meat including breading will weigh approximately 1.5 kg, which is why there must be at least 2 people. Very good meat and perfect breading. Wide choice of wines. Good service.

Very well located, a nice decoration but with an impersonal service, little attention to the customer. I chose the picanha, it was practically cold and cut very thin, it can happen, but they could have said a word of apology... nothing.! Brought back 30 seconds later grilled and dried. Food too anonymous for my taste...

Tutto perfetto. Personale gentilissimo, tutti giovani ma preparati, disponibili e carinissimi. Orecchia di elefante sempre al top! Buonissima anche la torta di mele con gelato alla crema.

16/12/2024: Ho selezionato questo locale su TripAdvisor per fornire ad un amico indiano una buona scelta di opzioni vegetariane purtuttavia nella tradizione di questo territorio. Bingo! Ingredienti di ottima qualità, menu ricco di opzioni per tutti i gusti, piatti ben preparati e ben presentati. Ambiente molto accogliente, informale ed ospitale. Servizio impeccabile. Lo raccomando. E - non è obbligatorio essere vegetariani o vegani per apprezzarne l’eccellenza. Fatevi guidare dal vostro gusto anche nel fare una scelta salutare 😉
04/12/2024: We went to this place on a Sunday at noon, we didn't have a reservation but they found us accommodation for an hour later. We had a great time, we opted for the tasting menu, an excellent opportunity to try more dishes. There we found everyone well looked after and good; a particular appreciation for the choice of proposals, in particular because they are vegan proposals but which can certainly meet everyone's taste. The place is welcoming, small and has a family atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.
