Excellent food (above all agnolotti and braised meat, superlative!) and kindness of the guys who work there... I hadn't booked and they accommodated me straight away, finding me a place.

Place in the center of Casale, with a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of old inns. The service was a little too quick, with the impression of closing as soon as possible. Regarding the food, we can only talk about the 35 euro tasting menu that we tried: good but not excellent and still an adequate price taking into account that it also included wine and coffee.

TASTE AND KINDNESS AT HOME Place in the center of Casale with friendly and helpful staff. High quality food cooked impeccably. The knife steak and the bacon stew with baked potatoes and mixed salad are splendid Must try!

In the heart of Casale Monferrato, the Rossignoli inn is a place that will leave you enraptured by the excellent traditional Piedmontese food and the courtesy and extreme preparation of all the staff. Congratulations for everything!

Una gita fuori porta da Milano, siamo passati da da Casale Monferrato per acquistare biscotti tipici del posto e abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo ristorante storico della città, essendo tra l’altro al centro in posizione strategica, avendo prenotato il giorno prima siamo arrivati all’ora prestabilita e siamo stati accolti dal personale simpatico e accogliente, fatti accomodare al tavolo e illustrato il menù tipico del Monferrato , abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione (uno) prettamente locale e calice di vino incluso , ottimo sia come qualità dei cibi e giuste porzioni ad un prezzo ottimo . Ci tengo a sottolineare la professionalità del personale e la costante attenzione verso i clienti . Consiglio una sosta obbligata

01/12/2024: Premise: I don't like meat very much. I decide to celebrate my birthday here because I see that the presentation mostly talks about mushrooms, truffles and, of course, meat. I open the menu and discover that there is only one first course of mushrooms, tagliolini (which I take, and they are very good). I ask the waiter for information, always very kind, who tells me that it's no longer the season... Okay, I wasn't expecting fried mushrooms, but if between the presentation and many reviews I read about many dishes with mushrooms, I expect there to be more courses ... Too bad! an entire menu of truffles only, but no more mushrooms. Maybe specifying that the menu is only in full season would have been appreciated. I then decide to take the appetizer of 6 tastings, good......and of course the tagliolini. Nice and elegant atmosphere. House wine ok.
25/11/2024: Family lunch. Well-finished and tasty dishes, mushroom tasting menu the TOP!👍 We were really satisfied and will definitely be back!
