Locanda Rosa Rosae proved to be the perfect setting for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the location added a magical touch to the event. We highly recommend it for a special occasion.

We had dinner at this restaurant, and I have to say I don't understand those who say the quality-price ratio is poor. I'd say the opposite: they give you too much food for that price. The location is fantastic, the staff is very kind, the food is delicious, but man... too much. I would omit a first course or even two to better savor everything and shorten the dinner time. People were tired and too full. Some left without seeing the end because they were exhausted. In this era of optimizing food resources, I find it a waste of energy and raw materials. In a location that takes you so far back in time, it would be nice to remember that once upon a time, a dinner like this could only be found at Versailles and not in a mill. I would also reduce the number of seats. Too many people, there were tables where there shouldn't be tables but spaces designed for people to pass by. The elegance and intimacy of the place are lost, creating a situation of elbowing and it feels like the movie "La Grande Bouffe". Vulgar in such an intimate setting. I advise restaurateurs to easily raise the price to 100 euros (they'll spend that anyway because the flowers and candles alone are worth that much), remove one or two dishes, and offer a more exclusive and less chaotic service. It's less of an effort for you and people get less tired, but they try everything because it's all delicious and worth it. I would go back to the origins of how you started, where it felt like a big family in a mill, not at a carnival. Anyway, truly amazing congratulations and very well done.

For my partner's birthday, I was looking for a special place... something more than just a dinner out. Locanda Rosa Rosae was much, much more: a journey of the senses, of hospitality, of beauty. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile and a rare kindness. Elisabetta and Silvio are two wonderful people, who put love into every detail. You immediately sense that the Locanda isn't just a place where people work: it's a place lived in, cared for with soul, designed to excite. The entire staff was thoughtful and attentive, with discretion and warmth. The atmosphere is truly magical. The dinner room was a candlelit dream: soft lighting, elegantly set tables, rustic and refined details coexisting in perfect balance. The aroma of freshly baked bread, the background music, the fresh flowers, the exposed beams... everything seemed to have come straight from a painting. A whispered intimacy, romantic yet never affected, that makes you forget the world outside. Dinner was an experience in itself: generous, carefully prepared, authentic courses that spoke of the region and a sincere, respectful, and generous culinary philosophy. Heart-warming dishes, accompanied by impeccable service and a perfectly selected glass of wine. We decided to stay overnight, and... it couldn't have been a more appropriate choice. The room was a journey through time, with period furniture, scented sheets, warm lighting, wrought iron and antique wood details that told stories. The feeling was that of being guests in a house from another era, one that almost no longer exists. Waking up there, with the morning light filtering through the thin curtains, was the perfect ending. But beware: this is not a place for those in a hurry. Those arriving with a watch on their wrist and anxious about a "quick dinner" will struggle to understand. You come here to slow down, to breathe, to be surprised. It's a place that invites you to stay, to listen to the silence, to enjoy the present with all five senses. A heartfelt thank you to Elisabetta, Silvio, and all the staff for making this birthday so special. We took away a precious memory, and we already dream of returning. Rating: 10/10, no ifs, ands, or buts. A place for the soul. 💫

Nothing to say! Stunning location, excellent food!

The food was divine! The appetizer buffet makes you think, "Well, who knows what we're going to eat," but I was shocked. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking methods, the variety of fish, shellfish, vegetables, meat, cheese, etc. were excellent. Then there were two very good first courses, and a second course of tender and delicious sliced steak. Finally, the dessert and fruit buffet was a joy. Wine included.

"How was it here?" I was asked - LIKE A FAIRY TALE! It's incredible how much love Elisabetta and her team put into creating the rooms, the breakfast, and the AMAZING weekend buffet!!!

On the occasion of a wedding it turned out to be a place to discover and to return to for sure on other occasions. All quality. Recommended.
