An experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. Rosa Rosae is a place to be experienced, not just talked about. The atmosphere is truly evocative and special: an ancient farmhouse renovated with a unique, elegant, and meticulously curated style, where ancient and modern blend perfectly. Every detail is tastefully thought out, and nothing is left to chance. Photos only partially convey this; in person, it's even more magical. The set menu format is brilliant. The seafood appetizer buffet is simply spectacular, arranged in different islands: olives, cold cuts, raw and cooked fish of all kinds, tuna, salmon, and countless other options. Everything is fresh, plentiful, and of the highest quality. We then continued with two truly excellent vegetarian first courses and concluded with an incredible homemade dessert buffet: tiramisu, biscuits, and many other delicacies, each more delicious than the last. Coffee, liqueurs, wine, and water are all included on the menu, a sign of the great attention paid to the customer, who feels truly pampered here from start to finish. A place that impresses with its atmosphere, quality, and attentive service. A memorable experience. A well-deserved five stars.

This is my second time here. The buffet room is gorgeous, but it's too dark. The appetizer and dessert are served buffet style, followed by two first courses and a second course served at your table. The food is excellent, and the cheese selection is superb. In my opinion, however, the buffet is crowded and the room is too small; I didn't find the service perfectly suited to the location. I'll definitely be back.

We spent Valentine's weekend in this wonderful place, where time stood still. Everything was impeccably clean, with delicious and plentiful food. The room was unique in its beauty, warm, comfortable, and welcoming. The sumptuous breakfast didn't disappoint either! Compliments to the owners, Silvio and Elisabetta, who are incredibly kind and friendly! We'll definitely be back!

The place is extraordinary: an inn housed in a former mill, meticulously maintained down to the last detail, with a warm, poetic, and authentic atmosphere. Wooden tables, candles, dried flowers, vintage objects, and soft lighting create an intimate and welcoming, almost timeless, atmosphere. Lunch is served buffet-style, lavish and of the highest quality: traditional dishes, vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, and simple yet profound preparations, where the choice of ingredients and respect for seasonality are clearly evident. Each dish is inviting, authentic, and carefully crafted, without unnecessary excess. The service is kind, discreet, and attentive, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the place. An ideal place for those who love authentic cuisine, places with a soul, and unforgettable experiences.

A fairytale setting, very charming, immersed in the countryside. Excellent service, great food, and unlimited drinks. Reservations recommended well in advance.

I tried the restaurant which offers a buffet of many delicacies: fish, cold cuts and a top cheese corner! Then they bring a sample... soup, 3 pumpkin gnocchi and stew... well, speaking of which, having eaten fish I would obviously have continued but they choose and I don't like it very much because you might not like it, at least a choice would be needed! Hello bottles of wine at the table! The place is truly sublime, full of plants it looks like a Florentine steak and the staff is kind! I don't give the maximum because 90 euros per person is really a rip-off, also because that's okay if you're a normal person and it's really excessive, also because what they bring is very frugal! It's a shame but we are completely out of price, it should definitely be reviewed.
