Fairytale setting! This place… no words can describe it. Romantic, loving, kind, magical, creative, unique, passionate, mesmerising these are just a few of the words that come to mind! The personal touch hospitality like no other! We arrived early and were greeted by Elisabetta who was so kind and nothing was too much. She offered us a seat, a bottle of Prosecco with dried fruits and nuts. She presented our room to us which was by far the most romantic room I’ve ever stayed in, one of four bedrooms. This water mill from 1750 has been lovingly renovated by Silvio and Elisabetta into something truly Magical. Their love and dedication to this is evident throughout the entire building with the backdrop of their vineyard. I would highly recommend staying and enjoying the 5 courses for €90 per person inclusive of all drinks (Prosecco, wine from their vineyard, beer etc) This is an unforgettable experience with a wide variety of foods chosen by the dedicated staff, no menu provided which makes this so unique. The place is transformed by night into a candlelit fairytale. You won’t find this place advertised as it’s a secret! We were lucky enough to find it. Rosa Rosae will always bring back fond memories until we return. 24 hours later and I’m still buzzing about this place and Elisabetta who is just the best!!! Excellent place for those seeking tranquility and historical surroundings

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this hidden gem offers a truly unique experience. Set in a historic locanda alongside a beautifully preserved windmill, the place exudes authenticity and tradition. Dinner here is more than just a meal—it’s an unforgettable journey. Lasting around four hours, it begins with an incredibly rich buffet, followed by two exquisite first courses and a flavorful main dish, all culminating in a lavish dessert buffet. Every moment felt magical, from the warm and welcoming staff to the carefully curated atmosphere. A truly special experience!

We went for lunch yesterday. Fantastic place, very good food, very nice owner. The buffets of appetizers, cheeses and desserts are something exceptional.

I went for the first time 15 days ago, I was thrilled with both the food and the location. I think enchanting is the most suitable definition, the food is plentiful and very good. I also saw the external part and I have already booked for the spring period to eat outside. I recommend everyone to try at least once.

Truly wonderful place and atmosphere! The dinner is structured like a reception, with an endless buffet of starters and desserts, two first courses and one second course chosen by the restaurant, water, wine, coffee and bitters included... fixed price €85 each! The quality of the food is excellent! Friendly staff, the only thing to note is that the tables are very close together and it's a bit overcrowded! It deserves it

Particular and well-kept location, excellent quality of food, friendly and courteous staff. Small car park, you need to arrive early. Not much appreciated are the crowds at the buffet, and the excessive noise when you are positioned next to large tables. It would be better to have an area with only tables for 2 or 4 people. Divide spaces better.
