I had the pleasure of trying the nine-course tasting menu for two, which I received as a gift from colleagues. The experience exceeded all expectations. The culinary offering is based on a solid foundation of Emilian cuisine, expertly enriched with influences and techniques from other culinary cultures. This combination creates innovative and top-notch dishes. The quality was excellent at every stage, from the welcome aperitif to the desserts. We'll definitely be returning.

Excellent experience... a unique place in the middle of the Bolognese countryside on the border with Ferrara... if it weren't for a friend who took me there, I would never have discovered it... the best experiences... excellent food, excellent wine list... if I really have to say something, when the dishes were brought some of us had to wait longer than necessary, because they weren't all brought at the same time... but for the rest... top... see you soon

We had dinner at the Locanda last night with a group of friends. The appetizers are a true sensory experience; we tried them all (Emilian tacos, smoked eggplant, onion and Béarnaise, chard and yogurt). The sliced meat was exquisite. I recommend the tagliatelline with cream of charred leeks and toasted hazelnuts. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. We'll be back.

We went for dinner to celebrate a dear friend's birthday, a special occasion at a place we know well, being local and longtime regulars. For Selva in Jazz, we chose the six-course tasting menu: every dish was a discovery, carefully crafted and simply amazing.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, made even more enjoyable by the jazz music in the background. The staff was kind and welcoming.
A special thanks to Danilo, the owner, always kind, attentive, and helpful. The value for money was truly excellent. More than just a dinner, it was a truly memorable experience.
Highly recommended: if you're passing through, you can't miss it!
