I became a vegetarian and my parents recommended this restaurant to me because it has numerous options without meat and without fish on the menu.
We ate very well, the dishes have refined and non-trivial flavors. They also brought us the house entrée, bread and focaccia in addition to the 6 dishes included in the chosen menu.
The €45 tasting menu requires that the entire table chooses the same courses, but they were very kind and flexible because for the second course they offered me the lacquered aubergine, instead of a meat and fish course. 10/10 to the staff.
The location is magnificent because the porch makes the outdoor area more refined and private.
Final bill €106 with 1 glass of wine, 1 bottle of water and 2 places.

Restaurant halfway between Bologna and Ferrara created from a medieval building. Weather permitting, you can eat outside in the shade of the portico. I took a tasting menu at a more than reasonable price considering the types of dishes. Excellent experience, I recommend it to anyone who wants to approach a starred cuisine.

nello splendido Palazzo Malvezzi, nato come bar del paese , e' poi trasformato in un locale dove i piaceri della vita si incontrano con la storia e l'accoglienza di proposte all'avanguardia , creativita' con classe , bene l'accoglienza e d il servizio , curato da giovani preparati ed attenti , scegliamo il percorso con sei portate, ben accompagnate da un'Albana in anfora ( bella carta dei vini ) e la serata passa nel piacere e nella chiacchiera in maniera perfetta

A place where time seems to slow down but the cuisine runs quickly between research and memory, it is a sort of contemporary refuge where the simplicity of raw materials meets the elegance of ideas. Among the proposals on the menu: “Peas, Rice and Venison” or “Asparagus” with fermented green pepper which tell of a cuisine that knows how to enhance details. The interpretation of duck is refined: a ravioli in which smoked butter, soy sauce, coffee and mushrooms blend perfectly; the “Dandelion, Caciocavallo and Saffron” Raviolo is delicate and decisive. Among the second courses is “Il Diaframma”, served with a base of peated whisky, grilled herbs and mustard: coherent, a dish with character. The closing: “Pane e Pomodoro”: an ice cream with stale bread and tomato in raspberry vinegar.
The wine list follows the same philosophy: curated, with important labels alongside lesser-known but carefully selected bottles.

We were really impressed by this restaurant: an experience that exceeded all expectations. We chose the 9-course tasting route, each one studied down to the smallest detail and with excellent quality of the raw materials. The dishes followed one another at a perfect pace, surprising us with their creativity, taste and presentation.
The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the very high level of cuisine and service. A gastronomic experience that we recommend without hesitation and that we will certainly repeat.

A true pearl in the heart of Molinella! Locanda Pincelli is a place where hospitality, good food and an authentic atmosphere blend perfectly. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the dish of the day or a good wine to match. The cuisine is excellent, with traditional Emilian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The environment is warm and with attention to detail, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family lunch. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

Menù stagionale, mix di gusti che leggendoli potrebbero lasciare perplessi ma tutto molto buono e gustoso.
Servizio all’altezza della situazione, buona carta dei vini e proposta alla mescita.
