A place where time seems to slow down but the cuisine runs quickly between research and memory, it is a sort of contemporary refuge where the simplicity of raw materials meets the elegance of ideas. Among the proposals on the menu: “Peas, Rice and Venison” or “Asparagus” with fermented green pepper which tell of a cuisine that knows how to enhance details. The interpretation of duck is refined: a ravioli in which smoked butter, soy sauce, coffee and mushrooms blend perfectly; the “Dandelion, Caciocavallo and Saffron” Raviolo is delicate and decisive. Among the second courses is “Il Diaframma”, served with a base of peated whisky, grilled herbs and mustard: coherent, a dish with character. The closing: “Pane e Pomodoro”: an ice cream with stale bread and tomato in raspberry vinegar.
The wine list follows the same philosophy: curated, with important labels alongside lesser-known but carefully selected bottles.

We were really impressed by this restaurant: an experience that exceeded all expectations. We chose the 9-course tasting route, each one studied down to the smallest detail and with excellent quality of the raw materials. The dishes followed one another at a perfect pace, surprising us with their creativity, taste and presentation.
The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the very high level of cuisine and service. A gastronomic experience that we recommend without hesitation and that we will certainly repeat.

A true pearl in the heart of Molinella! Locanda Pincelli is a place where hospitality, good food and an authentic atmosphere blend perfectly. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the dish of the day or a good wine to match. The cuisine is excellent, with traditional Emilian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The environment is warm and with attention to detail, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family lunch. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

Mixed sensations in this inn located on the outskirts of Bologna. Upon entering it immediately shows itself for what it is, an old-fashioned inn in a very nice hamlet. The inn offers the possibility of having a tasting experience (6 or 9 courses). We chose 9 courses and with wine we spent €3,200. Some dishes were really good (ravioli with duck filling). A couple a little less successful. The 'final cuddles', such as dry sweets, are missing. The quantities are right, you don't leave hungry but not full either. The service is the same as an inn, and contrasts a bit with the quality and presentation of the dishes. All in all still a nice experience.

Posto consigliato da colleghi. La locanda evoca locali di altri tempi, frugale ma con stile. Propongono menu degustazione da 6 o 9 portate, abbiamo optato per le 9 portate con tanta soddisfazione. Piatti ricercati e molto buoni… fantastico il tacos emiliano e l’agnello. Piccolo punto di attenzione : poca scelta per i bambini.
