We found and booked this cozy restaurant by chance in Prea, a typical Occitan village. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the village and the Ellero Valley. Traditional Occitan-Piedmontese dishes are carefully prepared by chef Edo, a friendly and welcoming person. The service is friendly and helpful.
The blueberry and currant ravioli are a must. Excellent value.

A place of which there are few left!
Excellent value for money.
Local and seasonal delicacies flow through the dishes, without having to choose: you sit down and the dishes arrive...
The local prosciutto crudo is excellent, as are the cooked ham with sauce, as are the peppers with anchovies and salsa verde.
The tortelli with blueberries, currants, crispy pancetta, cherry tomatoes, and much more are magical, making it a colorful and tasty dish.
The rabbit with fried vegetables is very good.
The desserts are mouth-watering, especially the bonet.
Friendly and attentive service.
Cleanliness everywhere.
Tables on the terrace are al fresco (we are still above 800 meters above sea level, so it's nice).
Fixed price, discounted if you don't drink the house wine.
Well worth it.
