02/03/2026: ★★★★ This hotel deserves a fourth star for its outstanding service. The staff were exceptional – discreet, professional and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and beautifully presented, the restaurant served delicious food, and the spa area was relaxing and well maintained. We stayed to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and the team arranged everything perfectly and in complete secrecy – prosecco in the room, spa access, and a candlelit tiramisu for dessert (they changed the weeks meny for this). Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A perfect romantic getaway with a lovely surprise element. We will definitely be back. Thank you Edelweiss for everything. 20/02/2026: Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, ideal location near the slopes and the village. I gave the room three stars only because it's in the unrenovated part of the hotel and therefore not as nice as the others, but still, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was nice, and the bathroom had everything you need. If they renovated this part of the hotel, it would be a 5-star overall.
