We went here on a rainy day in October. Nice roaring fire and friendly service. The pasta melts in your mouth, it is so fresh! Great little spot.

We went for lunch and discovered a beautiful place, everything was perfect, welcoming, attentive, and the food was top notch! Paola prepares traditional dishes with great passion and experience! Generous portions and reasonable prices! Not to be missed!! The road you'll travel along is also beautiful, as is the view!

Lunch with kids, excellent daily menu. Very nice place, excellent food. Paola, the chef, is truly top-notch. The bathrooms are spotless and have a changing table and everything you need for a baby change (which isn't a given, and was a wonderful surprise). They have a high chair that can be attached to the chair if needed.

Off the beaten track in a small village about 7 minutes drive up the hill from Bobbio (but alas without the amazing view), this is the friendly local find all visitors to Italy hope for. Delicious food in good portions at a reasonable price (wine similarly well priced). We wish we were in the area longer so we could go back.

Ottimo cibo preparato con cura e accoglienza. Lo consiglio. Attenti anche a chi deve evitare glutine. Se passate per Bobbio fate un salto alla locanda. Cibo selezionato e ben cucinato.

08/08/2025: Spectacular service, excellent food, and a beautiful, historic location. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts, kindly recommended by the woman who served us. They also offered us a small appetizer with two arancini and a sampling of two small cannoli after dessert. Everything was delicious. The dishes were full of personality and of the highest quality, beautifully presented. Excellent experience
20/07/2025: A summer evening and dinner for two at the outdoor tables. We were delighted with their tasting menu. The service was attentive and meticulous, the presentation of the dishes was delightful, the pairings were thoughtful, and the ingredients, especially the fish, were decidedly fresh and high-quality. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, with a particularly generous selection of champagne.

14/11/2025: A special mention goes to the kindness, preparation, and professionalism of the entire staff, all young and truly talented. We enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers, the pisarei, and the typical batalàbar, tortelli con la coda. Considering the quality of the dishes and the service, the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.
