The first courses were good, the meat was good too, the service was good for me and the price was average.

Excellent restaurant, delicious food (I had an incredible picana). The atmosphere is simple and casual, with a few dishes but beautifully prepared. The place is fairly anonymous from the outside, feeling like you're walking into a house, but I think that's intentional. There are no flashy signs on the street. It was a pleasant evening, excellent food and wine, and pleasant music. We'll be back.

Discovered by chance while we were on our way to the San Martino Gorge, this small and very welcoming place. Excellent cuisine and fair prices. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Very good food, we ate well but the prices were a bit high for the portions served which were not exactly abundant, especially the starter.

More than an inn, it's a villa's living room. Decent food, a limited menu, and no fruit. Small parking lot for five or six cars. Seats 24. Rock music in the background or on the radio. Very sketchy location.

We went to this inn because it had good reviews and because we were less than 10 km away (Lama dei Peligni). I don't know who gave it a positive review, but as far as I'm concerned, nothing special. The fixed menu had endless waiting times between dishes. We ate because we were hungry, having spent the day in the cave (Del Cavallone) and on the Aventino River, but the raw onion, which was passed off as caramelized, was definitely not the case. The first courses were perfectly normal, and the ventricina one, we didn't even notice the color of the ingredient. The meat-based second courses were good. Tasting menu.

I visited Locanda Mastrangelo two years ago, and the experience was already excellent. Returning now, I can say it's even better: the cuisine is exquisite and delicious, dishes prepared with quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Much credit goes to the staff: professional, friendly, and always attentive to detail, they passionately serve guests and make them feel truly at ease from start to finish. The value for money is truly excellent: for around €30, you can enjoy a full menu that's worth every penny. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for excellent cuisine but also for a warm and sincere welcome.

A small, welcoming restaurant located just outside the town, high up, with a splendid view of the mountains. Menu with a few dishes, but very carefully prepared and unique. Excellent presentation. Excellent raw materials used. Fast and attentive service. Good wine list. Excellent value for money.
