What can we say about this magnificent restaurant other than that the atmosphere you breathe once you cross the threshold leaves you amazed by the elegance of the furnishings and the warm and sincere welcome. Quando si organizza una cena di lavoro fuori dai soliti percorsi c’è sempre un po’ di apprensione. La mia è durata lo spazio dell’entrata in sala. Location che trasuda di storia e dalla quale, sinceramente, non te ne vorresti andare. Scelto il menù di terra … meraviglioso. Menziono l’uovo all’occhio che ha raccolto l’entusiasmo dell’intero tavolo. Personalmente ho anche molto apprezzato il guancino di vitello brasato. Torte di rose tra le migliori mai mangiate. Bevuto dell’ottimo champagne. Servizio impeccabile, cordiale, di grande professionalità. Da ritornarci, “without any doubt”.
