Locanda Le Tre Rane - Ruffino In Bagno a ripoli

For Valentine's Day dinner, we were hosted at Castello Ruffino, part of the Montemasso estate, as an alternative location to the Poggio Casciano estate, which is currently under renovation. We were warmly welcomed into the castle by the waiters and the maître d', inviting us to sit at our preferred table. I won't go into detail about the location, dishes, and service, as they wouldn't do justice to the magnificent experience we had at Tre Rane restaurant. I'll just add that the chefs were willing to make changes to my dishes due to my allergies and intolerances.

Aside from the truly spectacular location in the Chianti hills, we had a wonderful time. The evening featured a set menu, including excellent wines, generous portions, and very tasty dishes. We also toured the winery, which was very interesting. Spectacular place, I can't imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer.

A wonderful experience in the winery and a tasting of good food accompanied by excellent wines, guided by young, friendly but above all very professional staff.
