Perfect welcome from the booking with 3 types of locations (floor A, B, C) fantastic💯✨️💥👏💘 the girl who organized it, Bruno the Chef, a great person and a great professional, perfect dishes👍💯👏✨️💥💯, Marco the owner between the tables is very kind and very knowledgeable, fast and attentive💯👍✨️💥👏, his father Tiziano has a real science of his cheeses and cured meats with excellent preparation, very high quality of dishes and raw materials. I ate an excellent risotto that is not usually found in medium-level restaurants. There is truly a considerable added value here. Environment that recalls the passage of time. Impeccable service. Price appropriate to the quality of the place.

Sono stata un paio di volte in questo ristorante, sia quando aveva conquistato la stella michelin facendo menù degustazione sia qualche mese fa in cui abbiamo ordinato alla carta. Il cibo è ottimo, materie prime di qualità e piatti ricercati. Così come per i vini e formaggi. L'unico ricordo un po' negativo che mi porto dietro è la lentezza del servizio tra una portata e l'altra che un po' annoia. Forse qualche intoppo in cucina o magari è la loro filosofia. Comunque ci ritornerò.

21/05/2024: We strolled a short distance from another bar and stumbled into this one. It was playing Latino music (the waitress told me that the kind of music being played there was very popular in Venice - presumably with the cool kids!). Great atmosphere, cool music and cool drinks on offer. We did not try the food on offer.
