We stumbled across this hotel with a fantastic restaurant by chance and were very, very pleasantly surprised. It's definitely worth the detour!!!
Our room (Sage) was very nice and clean.
In the morning, an employee offered us an espresso and refused to accept any money.
The overnight stay doesn't include breakfast, but I still recommend it. Right next door, there's a bar open in the morning where you can enjoy coffee and sweet pastries.
For me, this place is an oasis in the desert 🤩

I haven't seen the rooms, but the place is beautiful... intimate, welcoming, vintage, and elegant. Excellent service and impeccable food... highly recommended.

Really good place, magnificent cheeses, refined cured meats, careful selection of raw materials, good wine cellar. For the product it offers it is also a very reasonable price (but this is subjective). A fixed stop when I go to the mountains and pass through the transpolesana

I had been to this restaurant several times in the past and it always lived up to expectations, unfortunately not this time. I confirm the excellent service, perhaps not very prepared, very good cold cuts even if 30 a plate of cold cuts by the knife seems really exaggerated to me. The sore point from the kitchen overcooked rice very salty bad taste, creamed cod / not a mush presented with three small pieces of dried polenta. I wonder why? I recommend for wine cold cuts and friendliness, forget about the kitchen. I will not return.
