I was there last night for dinner with a friend of mine. Very nice and well-kept place surrounded by the Cervia salt pans and flamingos. We ate really well, excellent raw materials and fair quality/price ratio. The staff was kind and was able to advise us well based on our tastes. We discovered that there is also the possibility of doing group activities such as a tour of the salt pans or being accompanied to see the archaeological finds, unfortunately we did not know and we did not organize ourselves, I recommend consulting their website. I also recommend going for dinner because the sunset show during dinner makes the atmosphere really beautiful and peaceful. In essence, absolutely recommended!!!

I had dinner outside with a beautiful sunset view and dishes that were really tasty and outside the usual menu, from appetizers to desserts.
The staff is very professional and kind.
I highly recommend trying this restaurant, you would be thrilled.

As always, it's worth a visit. Everything is handmade, the service is quick and attentive, the quality/price ratio is rare to find. It's always worth it. I forgot, the sunset is spectacular and free

Today we were here for the first time, we had an aperitif and then dinner.
The place is really very suggestive and particular, especially at sunset.
We had tagliolini with red prawns and lime and orecchiette, all very good!
For dessert I recommend the semifreddo with squacquerone.
The staff is also kind and helpful.
We will be back!!

Prepared and helpful staff. Suggestive environment with life on the salt flats. Absolutely positive experience. Prices proportionate to the offer.

I didn't stay in the facility, I went for dinner at the shop. I didn't understand why, but to get to the shop you have to take a more hidden road, we used the navigator to find it but there was no sign indicating it on the road, they should do it so as to allow people to find the inn. The external location is really very beautiful, you can see the sunset and an open view of the Romagna countryside. Inside it is simpler, but still adequate with a light background that creates atmosphere. The service was very kind, the gentleman who served us seemed like a really good person. All the dishes were very good, fresh, I tried the traditional ragù and it was tasty I must say. I recommend it.
