I had dinner here tonight and had a wonderful meal, and I'll gladly return. The roast octopus with potatoes was exceptional, and everything was beautifully prepared. The service was impeccable, and the lamps were lovely.

I visited the restaurant amidst the Cervia salt flats, surrounded by flamingos, and I must say that the location, combined with the sunset, made it all very picturesque. The service was courteous, friendly, and super professional. The dishes are good, but they lack a certain oomph, especially the passatelli with clams, pine nuts, and samphire. From the description, I would have expected something more. The mussels, however, were excellent, and the Cervia salt flan was wonderful—absolutely recommended. Prices are a little higher than average, but with the The Fork discount, everything makes up for it. There's also an on-site shop where you can buy some traditional products. Highly recommended!

An unparalleled location in the heart of the Cervia salt pans, and that alone would be enough. We had a wonderful meal featuring local products. Everyone was incredibly kind. Special praise goes to Gianluca, who looked after us with great skill and professionalism. We'll definitely be back.

Located in a relaxing and beautiful setting, it's immersed in the salt pans, where you can admire pink flamingos. Dining here, especially at sunset, is an unforgettable experience, combining the pleasure of taste with a fantastic view.

An inn nestled in the Cervia salt pans, offering traditional cuisine in a splendid farmhouse. The dishes are well-prepared and the portions are generous. The dining room staff also make the atmosphere very light and pleasant. Instead of bread, they bring Romagna-style flatbreads, and you can purchase the famous Cervia salt on site.
