An unparalleled location in the heart of the Cervia salt pans, and that alone would be enough. We had a wonderful meal featuring local products. Everyone was incredibly kind. Special praise goes to Gianluca, who looked after us with great skill and professionalism. We'll definitely be back.

It's rare to find a restaurant that combines exceptional cuisine with such a unique atmosphere. Locanda Ristorante Acervum succeeds perfectly. Besides a top-quality seafood menu that rivals few other establishments, its true asset is its location.
Located in a relaxing and beautiful setting, it's immersed in the salt pans, where you can admire pink flamingos. Dining here, especially at sunset, is an unforgettable experience, combining the pleasure of taste with a fantastic view.

A charming place with indoor and outdoor seating. The view is magnificent. Excellent service. We found the seafood entrees—lasegnette with squid ink and passatelli with clams and pine nuts—to be very good. The mixed fried fish and vegetables were also plentiful and delicious. The only noteworthy feature was the grilled prawn and calamari skewers, with the prawns being a bit bitter. We discovered this place thanks to The Fork's promotion, which was regularly applied at the register.

An inn nestled in the Cervia salt pans, offering traditional cuisine in a splendid farmhouse. The dishes are well-prepared and the portions are generous. The dining room staff also make the atmosphere very light and pleasant. Instead of bread, they bring Romagna-style flatbreads, and you can purchase the famous Cervia salt on site.

Delicious. My boyfriend took me here to celebrate his anniversary. The food was exquisite (we had the fish menu). If you book a table outside, you can dine with a beautiful view of the sunset.

A beautiful and charming location with ample parking, both inside and out in the garden. All immersed in the Cervia salt pans. Excellent service and delicious food. Recommended for dinner to enjoy the sunset.
