An evening full of enjoyment and hospitality – Locanda Imperfetta, Ascoli Piceno Just a five-minute walk from the impressive Piazza del Popolo lies this beautiful restaurant – a real insider tip. Although our reservation via WhatsApp was lost, the service team responded fantastically: Despite the full house, they spontaneously arranged a nice table for us. A huge compliment to their flexibility and professionalism! The ambience is stylish and inviting: exposed stone walls, lovingly decorated elements, and a harmonious atmosphere that invites you to linger – both inside and out. The outdoor area under the pergola is a particular highlight for warm evenings, but the interior is also tastefully and comfortably designed. The service was consistently excellent – fluent English, extremely polite, and absolutely professional. This isn't something you'd expect in this region, and it made our visit even more enjoyable. We were also thoroughly spoiled with culinary delights: For starters, we enjoyed the classic Olive all'Ascolana and a deep-fried burrata with homemade tomato sauce – a dream! For main courses, we chose the cold-sliced roast beef and the buttery-tender beef cheeks – both excellently prepared and beautifully presented. Compliments to the kitchen!

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare alla Locanda Imperfetta durante un soggiorno ad Ascoli Piceno e ne sono rimasta davvero colpita.L’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei dettagli, il personale cordiale e sempre attento. Ho iniziato con un antipasto di prosciutto delizioso accompagnato da carciofi croccanti, poi ho assaggiato la tartare di carne, fresca e condita alla perfezione, e una pappa al pomodoro ricca di sapori, con olive, burrata e un mix di gusti che si sposavano benissimo. La pasta era semplicemente squisita, ben condita e cotta al punto giusto, mentre l’agnello era tenero e gustoso, servito con patate croccanti davvero invitanti. È stata una cena di grande soddisfazione, in un posto dove si percepisce passione e attenzione per la cucina. Consiglio questa locanda a chiunque voglia gustare ottimi piatti e trascorrere una serata piacevole!

A truly pleasant experience! I had the pleasure of dining at Locanda Imperfetta during a stay in Ascoli Piceno and I was truly impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and attentive to detail, the staff is friendly and always attentive. I started with a delicious prosciutto appetizer accompanied by crispy artichokes, then I tasted the meat tartare, fresh and seasoned to perfection, and a pappa al pomodoro rich in flavors, with olives, burrata and a mix of flavors that went together very well. The pasta was simply exquisite, well seasoned and cooked to perfection, while the lamb was tender and tasty, served with truly inviting crispy potatoes. It was a very satisfying dinner, in a place where you can perceive passion and attention to cooking. I recommend this inn to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent dishes and spend a pleasant evening!

Dinner at an outside table, pleasant evening. Very intriguing appetizers (the mixed fried food is a must try), tasty and balanced first and second courses. Service always available and very kind. Recommended!

Welcoming and well-kept place, food is a real delight full of genuine flavours and presented with care, impeccable service, friendly and attentive staff always present but never intrusive, wine list rich in quality, highly recommended.

We had lunch and dinner in this restaurant with friends in their sixties and it was a great experience, very good food, kind and helpful staff, very nice and kind owner. I will definitely go back when I return to Ascoli Piceno
