Bellissima struttura, con un ristorante a due piani, al primo vista cantina e verde per chi siede vicino ai balconi, con una bella cucina a vista, al secondo piano un bellissimo barbecure/camino con una vista spettacolare sulle viti. Servizio, veloce e professionale, piatti belli e buoni. Buonissimo il prosciutto arrosto come secondo. Avremmo solo gradito maggiore spiegazione sul vino di loro produzione...ma ritorneremo. Prezzo, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Location isolata nella quiete con buona cura degli spazi esterni. Buoni i piatti rivisitati della tradizione. Buono il vino. Camere pulite. Unico neo la mancanza di spazi comuni attrezzati dove potersi intrattenere

11/11/2025: A lunch scented by olive trees is a wonderful moment of relaxation. The scent of the mountains just steps from home. A pine forest surrounds perfect olive groves and a "typical Chiaramonte gastronomic moment." The aroma of appetizers with cheeses and small rustici really whets your appetite. From risotto to pork shank perfectly prepared Ragusano style to dessert with local products, it is an immersion in culinary abundance, almost a family-style lunch. Entertaining yourself with a walk overlooking the sea and admiring a sunset becomes a "cult of relaxation in the Hyblaean countryside."
