An excellent classic restaurant, the menu is more or less always the same but of good quality and well selected
The same goes for the tasting menus, fried dumplings, etc.
The staff is a bit limited, perhaps for this reason they sometimes forget some orders
Overall, a visit here is absolutely recommended

After a long wander around restaurants, one Monday evening, in the lower Brescia area, we finally found refreshment in this inn, the only one open in the area! 😅 Simple dishes but full of authentic traditional flavors! A really nice surprise, the sweet and sour vegetables served among the appetizers are spectacular, I recommend them to anyone! I really liked finding variety in the dishes, not only dishes based on beef or pork but also other types, a real joy for meat lovers like us! The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking available. Clean and comfortable, rustic environment, with furnishings that recall the rural life of the area and which characterizes this old farmhouse in an artistic way! And to make sure you don't miss anything, a truly excellent value for money! Absolutely must try!

La location della Locanda del Gastaldo e tipica, rustica ma curata e originale, accogliente.
Una cucina tipica fatta in casa come una volta. Trovate ricette tradizionali del territorio mantovano/bresciano e come tornare in dietro nel tempo.
Ottima la cordialità del personale.
Decisamente buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Da consigliare
