He is a man who stands out for his ability to put you at ease, directing you with skillful dialectics towards the delicacies that are offered to customers and, at the same time, he knows how to enrich everything with stories of real life. Every word, and this is not trivial, is pronounced with an authentic and overwhelming passion. She, the cook of the house, is a lady who at the end of the meal introduced herself and humbly accepted all the compliments heard from the guests. She is the queen of the kitchen, capable as she is of preparing exquisite, super-good and beautiful dishes. She knows her way around the kitchen. It is a restaurant with a well-defined soul, one that is not easily found, where the warm welcome leaves a mark and makes you feel at home, despite the refined and tasty food and the elegant and sophisticated environment. An experience to repeat.

The inn offers a restaurant experience that tries to make you savor the authenticity and attention to detail of the past. The environment is in fact very well looked after in detail which presents you with a beautiful context; the large fireplace in the living room seems like an excellent added value, but from the fireplace the smoke spreads abundantly into the room and afterwards you will have to wash all your clothes to stop smelling it. The gift given to the women at the table is nice, justifying the strange request for all the names when booking. The inn's choice is not to present customers with any menu or associated price, the waitress listed the courses for us from time to time, initially offering us a mixed appetizer with various tastings of regional Italian cuisine, to which we paired a white wine which, however, we did not take. The starter was varied and very good. Then he listed the first courses, which seemed interesting, but we directly asked for the second courses and chose the beef cheeks and the wild boar "goulash", for both of which we accompanied the dish with mashed potatoes. Both dishes were good but too salty. To drink we only had a bottle of sparkling water. We didn't have sweets. We were offered the house amaro, which wasn't a bitter but was really good. The owner sits at each table during dinner to dedicate a few words to each customer. The total was €102, excessively high, it may be fine to pay for the attention to detail but the €4 cover charge per person which is largely included could be enough! As always, a fantastic restaurant. We have known it for several years. This time we tasted something new, the botticella, spaghetti made with matriciana and carbonara together. Try it!!! Something .... there are no adjectives. Giuseppe and Mirella, you are great compliments.

Un posto unico, intimo e ricercato come tutti i suoi piatti, raccontati con amore da Giuseppe e cucinati con passione da Mirella. Un viaggio indimenticabile nel gusto e la piacevole compagnia dello stare in locanda. Da provare assolutamente! Grazie Giuseppe, è sempre un piacere venire in locanda.

Ottimo pranzo, antipasti misti di varie regioni d'italia , primi squisiti e saporiti, secondi prelibati purtroppo non abbiamo avuto spazio per i dolci. Servizio simpatico e sincero. Ottima varietà di piatti di diverse regioni italiane. Prezzo in linea con quello che abbiamo gustato.
