Let me start by saying that this is the third time I have come to this place and there will certainly be many more. We had a great time right away and the photos say it all! Rustic environment, but elegant at the same time, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff is extremely courteous and available to satisfy every request, and here Mr Dante comes into play! He is the owner of the restaurant together with Mrs. Nora, who manages the kitchen, churning out delicacies with exceptional flavours, while Mrs Nora takes care of the customers and the bar area. Each of us took different courses, from the appetizers typical, first homemade, and then moving on to the meat... very tender! everyone, and I mean everyone, is worthy of praise. The desserts are no exception... all very good. Excellent quality/price ratio. The food was exquisite from the starter to the pasta to the meat, everything was truly delicious. The atmosphere of the place was very welcoming and comfortable, with Dante and his wife (the owners) taking care of us as if we were intimate guests in their home.

Location impeccabile tenuta in maniera maniacale, ottimo il servizio, antipasto buono, pappardelle al cinghiale anche.

We arrived almost at closing time but we were still very well attended to. Everything was delicious but I'm going to add a special comment to the photo entry, which is the option with zucchini flowers. Delicious, food combined with taste.

Premetto che è la terza volta che vengo in questo locale e sicuramente ce ne saranno molte altre. Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito e le foto la dicono lunga! Ambiente rustico, ma elegante allo stesso tempo, molto curato nei dettagli e nella pulizia. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta, e qui entra in gioco il sig Dante! Titolare del locale insieme alla signora Nora, è lui, che si occupa di gestire la cucina, sfornando manicaretti dai sapori eccezionali, mentre la signora Nora, si occupa dei clienti e della zona Bar. Ognuno di noi, ha preso portate diverse, dagli antipasti tipici, ai primi fatti in casa, per poi passare alla carne…tenerissima! tutti e dico tutti, sono degni di lode. I dolci non sono da meno…tutti molto buoni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. Complimenti a Dante e Nora Premetto, che se ci si trova in Casentino, la Locanda Fonte allo Spino, è una tappa da non farsi sfuggire. L’importante è prenotare, altrimenti non c’è verso di trovare posto. Anche oggi 14 Luglio 2024, sono venuto a pranzo con mia moglie ed i miei cognati e posso solo confermare e rinnovare i miei complimenti, a Dante e Nora per l’ottima cucina, l’ottima accoglienza, l’ottimo servizio e cortesia del personale… In Agosto saremo nuovamente da voi…+++
