We had a really good lunch, excellent first courses and the great Tuscan fried food

Given that it is the first time I have eaten in this place and that I will certainly have to return to taste the meat, the lunch with my wife and a couple of friends was discreet. Spino appetizer; with cold cuts and 3 croutons it was good, nothing transcendental, I was expecting some cheese paired with the salami and the raw meat; wild boar crostini.... lots of stuff!! First course, tagliolini with guinea fowl and truffle flakes; good, normal portion, pity that the truffle was very weak. Desserts.... small sore point, a little different from usual, but if you put me creme brulee, tiramisu is a must!! I appreciated that with the coffees they brought us some cantucci with a taste of limoncello cream and at the beginning of lunch an entrée of tomato soup! I will return to taste the meat and give a more complete opinion. Overall satisfactory!

Very nice place, truly top quality food, for 50 euros each I would expect better service, the entree of tomato soup was served to me in a single saucer with two teaspoons, there were two of us, I hoped it would be served to each of us your saucer, how it was brought to the other tables, I have to ask for the knife for the meat, there is no lemon in the grilled meat on the table, there is no salt and oil, cold and undercooked roast potatoes, I noticed discrimination between new customers and old customers, the portions are much more generous for old customers, the waiters are efficient, the owners are not, I felt uncomfortable, they went around tables they knew from us, I never saw anyone, I had to wait a long time to pay the bill, the owner was rude, if they are tired of doing this job, they should stop, except only the food and the waiters, all things considered, it seems like you are spiteful to them

We returned to this restaurant after some time and rediscovered the welcome and kindness of the owners. Large and welcoming environment. Tuscan cuisine with well-cooked and abundant dishes. The cut is sublime. Honest prices. Their large parking lot is convenient. Experience to be repeated.

Giving 5 stars always seems too accommodating, I know, but that's another story. We are passing through, it cannot be otherwise here, returning from a race in the Casentino forests, in the splendid setting of Camaldoli and its centuries-old woods. We stop here, a friend who regularly frequents this place suggested it to us. I don't need to tell you how good we had it. Welcomed like old friends but with a kindness that is now almost obsolete in this racing world, they pampered us from start to finish. Everything was delicious, cooked to perfection, the dishes all arrived together as ordered. Fantastic desserts. Special mention and jury prize goes to the tagliatelle with fried courgettes and gorgonzola fondue. A delight for the palate. We also took some fried mushrooms and although in our area we are used to eating them with yellow flour and not in batter they were still delicious, crunchy and very tasty. Honest price for the quality and quantity of the food. The staff has always been a constant presence but never too suffocating. They treated us like kings and queens. We'll be back!!!!

Siamo tornati qui perché ci piace il cibo toscano. Il parcheggio e' ampio ed accessibile dalla strada principale. Il locale e' accogliente e pulito. I gestori sono molto disponibili con la clientela. Ci hanno offerto come entree delle chips di patate fatte da loro. Primi piatti : Tagliatelle al cinghiale e ravioli con funghi porcini e tartufo. Secondi piatti: filetto alla brace e tagliata di manzo con lardo e pecorino. Dolci: bavarese all' arancia e tortino di mele con crema di vaniglia. Tutto il pranzo e' terminato con caffe e crema di limoncello. Noi vi consigliamo di provarlo !
