22/04/2025: Nice, clean and welcoming environment, good pizza but service not up to par. We waited 6 pizzas for 1 hour and 20 minutes... Now I understand that yesterday was Easter Monday and the pizzeria was fully booked, also because it was one of the few open, I understand that managing orders with many covers is not trivial, but what makes the difference in the service is precisely the management of the unexpected which, of course, is there. However, if you see a table waiting for an hour and you pass by it a thousand times, even bringing orders to tables that arrived later, and you don't ask yourself if everything is ok, and you don't ask customers if everything is okay and you don't apologize for the delay, perhaps even bringing just two breadsticks to the table... Maybe the service needs to be organized a little better.
