We participated in the Slow Grains evening organized by the Gavi and Ovada Slow Food Convivium. In one word: exceptional! The perfect union between excellent raw materials from local producers and great mastery in the kitchen ❤️ Definitely recommended!

Everything excellent. "Short" card probably to keep the level of all the preparations high. The materials with beef and cheese on the shields are also good. Special mention for the cardoons in light bagnacauda.

Estuve aquí dos días seguidos para almorzar. Me pareció muy buena la selección de vinos regionales. Los cursos de almuerzo también fueron muy buenos y se centraron en la cocina regional. Este restaurante parece ser familiar - dirigido y pensé que el servicio era bueno y el personal muy amable. Una experiencia muy agradable.

Eccellente carne cruda battuta e meravigliosa tortina-lasagna di verdure dello chef Gianni; per finire bunet e pesche al forno. Una bottiglia di Ansenso’, il Merlot della cantina di casa diretta dal maitre Andrea. Che bel pranzetto! Grazie ragazzi.

05/02/2025: Title: A Saturday evening with friends Procedure: fixed menu with appetizers, three first courses, second course with two side dishes, a scary fried dish, dessert, wine, bitters €35 Curtain. Note of thanks to the kind, friendly staff. Great guys!
07/01/2025: Sensory experience! Occasional lunch break, amazing home-made appetizer, excellent first course braised ravioli, glass of fragrant wine 🍷, sweet tile is still a simple but memorable memory of mine. Impeccable friendly and punctual service. Thanks so much great work.

02/02/2025: We stopped by chance, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery, welcoming environment, very kind staff, and what can I say, exceptional homemade agnolotti del plin! The desserts are excellent. Highly recommended.
