It's a charming restaurant with a beautiful view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, with delicious dishes and a well-stocked wine cellar. I highly recommend it.

We had the most wonderful stay. Francesca made everything effortless for us, and we were so grateful for her help. She even helped connect us with their preferred driving company to get us to Rocca Massima from Rome and Emilio was excellent. It was challenging to find meals in town, so we were grateful that Locanda dell' Arcangelo provided some of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. We got to visit Tipico which has olive oils, jams, and wine from the area and is run by the hotel. This hotel has a complimentary breakfast with limited hours and an excellent dinner menu. Lunch was not offered when we visited, but there are a few nearby restaurants and a small grocery which has deli options for sandwiches. We did not do "Flying in the Sky" which is the one main attraction but instead walked around Rocca Massima and took in the sights. Parco delle Rimembranze / Parco della Memoria was lovely to walk through. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding we attended in Cori. Otherwise would have never known about this special place!

We ate at this restaurant at sunset. My 7-year-old daughter's review: "You can drive to the restaurant, the food arrives quickly, and everything was delicious, especially my gnocchi." I'd add, "Good food with a breathtaking view." I highly recommend it.

Excellent cuisine. We went for lunch, not accommodation. Local ingredients, meat-based menu. The desserts prepared by the owner are also delicious. The wines also have their own well-defined and varied menu. Congratulations. Stunning view from the terrace.

A place where the view makes up for every little flaw!!! We stayed for just under a week. We had room 4, which unfortunately is small, although it lacks nothing and is very clean (the sea view rooms will definitely be larger). The owners are very, very kind (they even helped us resolve a small, major problem with the car). The breakfast was excellent; we had dinner twice, both of which were delicious, and the wine selection was excellent. The view and relaxation are top-notch!!! A destination for all cycling enthusiasts, given the beautiful climb and breathtaking views. I'm sorry I didn't bring my mountain bike, but I'll definitely be back next time!

I live in Artena and have been there twice with friends and family for dinner. The location is THE BEST for miles. The restaurant serves mostly local dishes, and the food is quite good. My only advice to the chef is this: there's some truly excellent lamb in the area, but his grilled lamb chops are disappointing. Instead of grilling them "au naturel," he breads them, which, in my opinion, completely ruins the dish. Maybe it's just because I'm a foreigner, but that's my honest advice.

09/02/2026: Pizzeria located along the Appian Way SS7 in Formia (LT). The style is modern and welcoming, with light wood furnishings. The restaurant has two rooms with large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The menu is varied and offers a good selection of fried foods (pasta frittatas and arancini), classic pizzas, specialty pizzas, and a beer menu to pair with each pizza. The fried foods are delicious: they're not greasy, light, and crispy on the outside. The pizza is truly delicious. It's a traditional Neapolitan pizza with a light, easily digestible dough that enhances the aromas and flavors of typical local products. The care and attention in the preparation ensures that every bite reflects this connection with the excellent local products, such as guanciale from Maranola (LT) or yellow datterino tomatoes from Sperlonga (LT). The desserts are homemade (tiramisu and cheesecake). Exquisite, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented, they're the perfect end to a meal and the perfect way to indulge your palate. The staff is kind and friendly, offering attentive service that makes guests feel at ease.
