Lunch last Tuesday, in this place with a modern reinterpretation where the 'old' has been restored with style Affability and hospitality of the room manager, as well as the owner, Paolo, present; with his excellent suggestion on the wine pairing, the high quality of the raw materials used and proposed was confirmed... Excellent discovery, welcoming place but above all healthy food, I recommend Paolo who in the selection of wines was really good at recommending excellent Piedmontese wines.

All good but excessively expensive! I can understand that we are close to the Gran Madre but no visible panorama. Doc service. But I've eaten dishes like this for much less.
