A friendly, family atmosphere, a superb breakfast, and just steps from the town center and the Pila cable car, both within walking distance. A quiet location where you can enjoy peace and relaxation.

It was our first experience in Aosta, and thank God, everything came together like a perfect puzzle. This is especially true for those of us who appreciate what creation offers us and the people we meet every day. Our overall rating is good because it reflects the management's self-presentation, which also reflects what we consider most important: cleanliness, professionalism, proximity to the center and the Pila ski lift. Highly recommended, and we'll be back. We're attached to this family-run business, having been part of it all our lives in the restaurant business. We're also grateful for the fact that the TV worked, the heating, the welcome kit in the bathroom, and the welcome gift upon arrival (all things that are not at all obvious👍🙏). See you soon. We stayed last weekend to visit the Christmas markets in the center of Aosta. A short walk from the hotel takes you right into the center. The hotel is small but cute, simple but spotlessly clean. We decided to have breakfast there and had a wonderful meal. The hospitality is top-notch, and Mrs. Mancuso, the owner, is incredibly kind and charming. A wonderful experience.

When I think of a simple, welcoming, and perfect place to experience Aosta during the Christmas season, the Hotel Mancuso del Voison immediately comes to mind. I stayed there recently, and I can honestly say: if you want to spend a few days in Aosta without spending a fortune but still feel truly at home, this is the place. It's a family-run hotel, and it shows in the way they welcome you: with kindness, calm, and that genuine care that's increasingly rare in modern hotels. The rooms are basic but clean, tidy, and have a private bathroom, just as described in the official information. Nothing superfluous, but everything you need to feel good after a day spent exploring markets, Christmas lights, and maybe a walk in the snow. One thing I really appreciated was the home-cooked food. They prepare simple, authentic dishes with local products, just as they describe in their official presentations. Returning to the hotel in the evening to find a hot meal, prepared to perfection, was one of the highlights of our stay. The location is another strong point: the hotel is located at Via Voison 32, about 650 meters from the historic center. Basically, you can park your car and get around on foot. And if you feel like skiing, you're also close to the Pila cable car. Very convenient. I'll tell you the truth: Aosta is magical at Christmas. The lights, the markets, the mountain atmosphere... and returning to the Hotel Mancuso del Voison after a day out was like returning to a familiar place. It's not a luxury hotel, nor does it pretend to be—they themselves make it clear—but that's precisely the beauty of it. It's a sincere, well-kept place where you can feel authentic. If you're thinking of a Christmas weekend in Aosta, I highly recommend it. It's one of those places that makes you feel less like a customer and more like a guest.

It was fine, but it's a shame. After a few years, we returned and it's not the same. The price is too high considering the location, the setting, and the overall service. Mediocre is making an effort, I'd say more like "Adequate." Cleanliness is a 5 out of 10. There's hair and dust under the beds, and very old dust on the lamps, on top of the pictures, and on the high electrical outlets. The carpets smell bad, and the sheets had black stains like those from machines. It's probably the industrial laundry's fault, like 80% of the times in the Aosta Valley. The service isn't bad, but it's not luxurious, enjoyable, or modern, so the price is unbalanced for what it offers. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and well-mannered. High rating for being helpful, but not worth the expense.

I stayed four nights and everything was fine! The bottle of water in the room upon arrival was a real bonus. An excellent two-star. Thank you so much!
