The place is fabulous, I ate very well and I found the room and the chef very kind. I'll be back! I understand that cooking at this level is an art form and therefore I understand the chef's desire to tell a story from start to finish, but the absence of the à la carte menu can sometimes be limiting.

Locanda inserita nel magnifico Relais Sant'Uffizio, menù stellato da capogiro. Colori e sapori incredibili, una esperienza enogastronomica fantastica. Completamente soddisfatti e appagati da questo momento indimenticabile.

Absolutely not to be missed, incredible cuisine at Bottura and Crippa levels. We've wanted to go for a long time, I'm sorry we didn't go sooner. All the dishes were perfect and imaginatively assembled, the flavors were balanced and the raw materials were of the highest level. You have to leave the Langhe a bit but it's worth it. We were 2 adults and 2 children, the bill was €430, with an excellent bottle of wine. Absolutely in line with the quality of the restaurant.

Le chef et sa brigade à la tête du restaurant ,doublement étoilé,nous offre, une infiltration stupéfiante et nostalgique de la culture du terroir culinaire du Piémont: -Le financier de pintade sauce foie gras accompagné d’un plat local endémique,les abats de poulet et crêtes de coq. -La Ricotta « Il Seirass del Fen»servit de saison et salée(vieillit ) pour accompagné l'exceptionnel bannière et armoirie du chef: L'asperge bouillie et assaisonnée au beurre de noisette ,décoré de houblon, jaunes d'oeufs au curry et de crème de pistaches. Certaine création sont unique , comme l’huile de prunes qui apporte un parfum et une saveur particulière au prè-dessert en gelée. une mention spéciale pour : -les spaghetto à l’ail des bois (que l’on trouvent fréquemment en basse montagne du Piémont.)et à l’anguille fumée. -L’oeuf de caille et un jaune d’œuf au gingembre et un caviar de carotte légèrement assaisonner au cumin. -la peau croquante du poulet et son pâté de foie Toscan. —Les fondantes "croustillantes” crevettes, peut-être de la côte ouest sicilienne, aux fameuses noisettes de la région. Prendre un vin de la région pour enchanter le repas.Un Barolo vous apportera cela. Très bon service, attentif, dynamique, précis et un sommelier compétent , très à l'écoute du client.

10/08/2024: Fantastico ristorante dall’atmosfera intima e dai piatti particolari e molto studiati. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Qualità alta e prezzo giusto per quello che viene proposto nel menù !! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!
14/07/2024: Excellent Michelin star meal in this family owned hotel in Isola d’Asti Piémont. Also a very comfortable room, beautiful location with a large welcoming pool. The owners as well as Helena the waitress were lovely. We shall come back!! Thank you
