This place is simply wonderful. Surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility (except for a few small cats wandering near the inn), here you can taste true delicacies that the owner, Cristian, always explains with simplicity and heart. Each dish, though made with simple ingredients and cooked without too many frills, is prepared, served, and explained with care and so much love that shines through every time each dish is served. I'd been here once before, but my husband and I absolutely wanted to return to spend an evening enjoying good food and surrounded by the beauty of this place and the people who work here. Highly recommended!

The food is excellent, starting with high-quality, local ingredients, such as vegetables from the garden. The dishes, with authentic flavors, are prepared and served with care and refinement, even the most traditional ones. The location is fairytale-like: you find yourself immersed and sheltered in the greenery of nature. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and the service is attentive and meticulous. A highly recommended experience.

An inn nestled in the hills of Saludecio, ideal for those seeking a charming and peaceful setting. Visited on a pleasant summer evening, the air was fresh and relaxing. The tasting menu was excellent, as were the rest of the dishes ordered. The staff was kind and friendly, carefully describing the dishes and enhancing the culinary experience.

Everything was excellent, I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu too.
