Well... As a Perugian I admit that I had never been... but we really had a good time... Excellent food and equally good service... Compliant costs.

New Year's Eve dinner €90 with wine excluded, waiters who pass by and continually bang near our chairs, they bring you a bottle of water after 10 minutes of being seated. Forks already inserted into the dessert plate which is now elusive because it is all sticky. A la carte starter, first course and second course with dessert could have cost 50, 60 euros, how do you get to €90?

Example of what a restaurant should be like. Excellent food, we took the platter, an encore of tartare and the best dish was the tartare with truffle and egg. Impeccable service, the gentleman (I think the owner) was very nice and also knowledgeable about wines and was able to advise very well. Very nice place.

Went there on the recommendation of a store cashier and it was a wonderful surprise. Greeted with a welcome prosecco, the innkeeper explained the dishes to us with courtesy and preparation and recommended the pairing with a Rosso di Montefalco which I didn't know but which I liked very much. We took an inn starter for two which we split, two encores of tartare and a truly spectacular Chianina tartare on truffle. Price not popular but widely justified.

I was in this magnificent restaurant with friends for lunch, a beautiful and well-kept place, friendly staff. We ate divinely! Highly recommended!

Very kind They let us eat when it was already 10pm, 8pm we were alone...quality of food, meat in particular and wonderful flans! If I spend the right amount I will definitely be back

Compliments! A nice restaurant, very well managed in terms of service, timing and menu. Nothing to say, congratulations! As for desserts, the Chantilly cream was not up to par with the other courses, I wouldn't take it a second time. Everything else yes!

05/11/2024: Ottima cena. Abbiamo preso due primi superlativi, una tartar buonissima, delle patate arrosto e due deliziosi dolci. Il personale è gentilissimo, professionale e molto simpatico. Siamo usciti dal ristorante dopo aver acquistato una birra e una zuppa di zucca al tartufo consigliato da loro. Una bellissima esperienza che sicuramente rifaremo.
05/11/2024: Nel menù si possono trovare piatti particolari o classici (il ragù bianco è un portento!). Porzioni giuste e generose nei condimenti (io odio i piattini striminziti). La Tartare con la cremina al basilico è magistrale I dolci spettinano (il maritozzo ripieno è un’invenzione libidinosa). Servizio garbato e cordiale. Ambiente ampio e arredo ben pensato. Tornerò, ho un appuntamento con i piatti al tartufo che devo sperimentare.

08/01/2025: A restaurant like those of the past! Exceptional flavors and almost impossible to find traditional dishes such as the exquisite cardoon parmigiana. All washed down with excellent wine. Warm environment and top service Highly recommended!
