New Year's Eve dinner €90 with wine excluded, waiters who pass by and continually bang near our chairs, they bring you a bottle of water after 10 minutes of being seated. Forks already inserted into the dessert plate which is now elusive because it is all sticky.
A la carte starter, first course and second course with dessert could have cost 50, 60 euros, how do you get to €90?

Went there on the recommendation of a store cashier and it was a wonderful surprise. Greeted with a welcome prosecco, the innkeeper explained the dishes to us with courtesy and preparation and recommended the pairing with a Rosso di Montefalco which I didn't know but which I liked very much. We took an inn starter for two which we split, two encores of tartare and a truly spectacular Chianina tartare on truffle. Price not popular but widely justified.

Example of what a restaurant should be like. Excellent food, we took the platter, an encore of tartare and the best dish was the tartare with truffle and egg. Impeccable service, the gentleman (I think the owner) was very nice and also knowledgeable about wines and was able to advise very well. Very nice place.

posto molto carino, ricercato ma non snob, sembra di essere a cena da amici, cibo di qualità con i vecchi sapori di un tempo, veramente bravi, servizio puntuale e preciso, poi gli umbricelli al ragù di chianina bianco resteranno nei mie pensieri

Appena entrati abbiamo percepito l'essenza di questo posto.
Un posto molto carino, personalmente accogliente e simpatico.
Piatti saporitissimi con proposte senza glutine e derivati del latte , una varietà di vini eccellente.
Se dovessi tornare a Perugia rifarei sicuramente tappa da loro.
