The various dishes on the menu are prepared with the raw materials of their farm: truly genuine flavours. The menu does not include fish dishes. Nice place.

With my family, me, Alessandra and the 2 kids, we had lunch at La Locanda del Maniscalco on Sunday 13 April 2025. The Osteria is located in an enchanting little square in the historic center which must be preserved as a "world heritage". Unforgettable smiles at the welcome and during lunch and the good air of our. outdoor table made us enjoy even more every glass of good rosé wine from "nero di troia" and above all all the amazing dishes prepared with attention to detail by Luigi, the chef. Many of the raw materials used in the kitchen, of the highest quality, are produced by the family farm or by local companies, this always guarantees true authentic food from the rural Gargano. Unmissable!!!

Very welcoming and well looked after place. Very friendly and helpful waiters and excellent food. Ideal for eating beautifully cooked traditional dishes. Excellent quality/price ratio

Delicious, genuine dishes, presented in such a way that immediately involves you in this immersion in the most intimate and at the same time traditional flavors of the Gargano land, starting from the entrée of focaccia with sponzali and potatoes and ending with the desserts, passing through the typical tastings of the territory and the first courses, it is a place that I ABSOLUTELY recommend to try as soon as possible

Super nice place with very good food. Lots of meat-based dishes, but I also found myself very happy here as a vegetarian. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended: the lemon tart as a dessert!

Delicious lunch in a small square full of atmosphere, a true corner of peace and authenticity. The starters and local cheeses were exceptional, full of flavour. The house wine, simple but perfect to accompany the meal, completed the experience impeccably. The local meats were tender, tasty and cooked with great skill. Without a doubt, it will be my first choice as soon as I return to the Gargano!

Serata a Mattinata per la cena . Ottimo il tagliere misto, buone le orecchiette e gli spezzati al ragù . Siamo stati bene e consigliamo il ristorante . Molto gentili e professionali , prezzi giusti . Il giorno dopo abbiamo acquistato nel loro negozio di salumi e formaggi un po' di prodotti da portare a casa .

Trattoria Ambasciata Orsarese

29/05/2025: A true excellence of traditional cuisine. It rarely happens to me to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything has been done with coherence, competence and respect for the territory. Ambasciata Orsarese is one of those places where traditional cuisine is not only told, but actually experienced. The raw materials are local, fresh and of evident quality. The special effect is not sought, but balance: each dish has a meaning, a story and solid preparation behind it. You can perceive a real short supply chain, without compromises. The service was perfect: trained, courteous and present staff at the right point, without forcing. From someone who works in the sector, it is nice to see a room managed with this level of professionalism. A place to keep in mind for those who love authentic cuisine, done well and without pretence. I will definitely return, and I will recommend it with conviction.

Hotel Fini Ristorante

02/06/2025: Hi, even though I'm not used to giving reviews, this hotel deserves it very much. Let's say it didn't disappoint my expectations, in fact I have to say that the 3 stars are a bit tight, in my opinion it deserves a 4 stars. When I arrived there I immediately understood that I had made the right choice, the staff was nothing short of fantastic, qualified, the rooms were clean and above all of excellent workmanship. Not to mention the restaurant, the 20 € menu was very good both in terms of price and what they offer, very good and tasty dishes, and as a Sicilian I have to say not bad. The dining room staff Antonio, Francesco and Nicola were very friendly and qualified. If I ever have to make a pilgrimage again I already know where to go
