They use products from their own farm, oil, meat, cheese, and vegetables. Using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, they prepare excellent dishes that are delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We had a mixed appetizer (tasting), ricotta gnocchi with sauce (exceptional), Scottona steak (perfect), and pistachio semifreddo with Chantilly cream (delicious). The prices are very fair. We'll definitely be back.
