If I return to Rome, I will prefer the Tripoli restaurant, but I may return to Flower only because there is no other choice and there are no other Galat Kosher places. In terms of design and appearance of the place, very amazing. A fun and inviting experience. The service is a little slow but very kind. In short - come in to eat just so you don't stay hungry.
