Locanda storica davvero accogliente e calda così come lo è stata l’accoglienza gentile e premurosa della signora all’entrata e di tutto lo staff durante l’intero servizio. Tavolo per due in posizione favolosa con vista sul camino griglia, finestrelle e tendine vintage ad accompagnamento di un pranzo sublime.
Entrée delicatissima, varietà di pane, vino ottimo, pancetta di maialino e tagliata di bisonte canadese super consigliate . attenzione ai particolari sia nella mise en place che nella presentazione dei singoli piatti, ed alle esigenze di ognuno rendono questa locanda un posticino del cuore dove sicuramente torneremo.

Truly a wonderful dining experience!! You are welcomed with extreme kindness in a very well-kept and colorful place, spoiled by the toma mousse with truffles that you find at your place at the table. Special radicchio flan, fresh gnocchi with cheese and mouth-watering dried fruit... but what really deserves the best compliments is the suckling pig... the best I've ever eaten, very tender, cooked to perfection, tasty without being heavy, with a mustard cream of which, after the slipper, not even a shadow remained on the plate! The dessert, chocolate and raspberries, is superb. Impeccable service, waitress and owner of rare kindness.

An experience more than a lunch or dinner from the point of view of the guests (and not just customers)... and in any case it ends successfully... truly living, in the colors, in the flavors, in the scents, in the atmosphere of a land (the Piedmont one more generally)....
This timeless enchanted corner remains far from commercial incursions, free from common inflections and free from tacky and appearance interests...
Excellently run place, extremely high quality dishes (really good starters, tasty first courses, fantastic second courses, for an excellently prepared lunch), excellent staff, prepared, punctual, diligent and well looked after (Alessandro and his colleague impeccable and irreplaceable, reserved and attentive ), in a simple and characteristic and above all clean outfit, hygiene widely taken care of, followed and widespread in every corner, from the common areas, from the reception desk to the toilets....
A situation which, when put into context, comes alive with an influx of people eager to feel good, and at the Locanda del Bue Rosso (which has nothing to envy of other similar places in the entire Region) people feel good, thanks also to a constant but discreet presence of the service .... The same owner and landlady Donatella Bertolone is personally involved (also in social and personal commitment to the category of restaurateurs), even able to amaze and amaze you with unique attention, priceless advice, preparation and knowledge boundless and fantastic surprises... you just have to ask... and maybe not even that, if you trust and entrust yourself to Donatella, a woman of rare kindness and availability, who makes anyone's wishes come true...
The industry recognitions are therefore more than deserved, even though they belong to the history of this place and this venue...

Truly beautiful, highly recommended, also with an eye to the price absolutely well compared to the quality and quantity, certainly within everyone's reach....
Finally, the happy and infinite frame is anything but accessory, made of hydrangeas, evergreen hedges, the Sesia river, lemons, bergamots, scented geraniums, dipladenias, yellow and orange, in a truly enchanted place that smells of other times.... but not yet gone....

Excellent, welcoming place, highly refined furnishings, excellent dishes and impeccable service, respectable wine cellar. Super recommended!!! Meat-based dishes reign supreme, the grill is always on and the meat is cut exceptionally well.

Chi ama la carne deve assolutamente venire in questo locale. Noi siamo ritornati dopo alcuni anni e ne è valsa la pena, un'ora di viaggio ben spesa. Ottima la varietà e la qualità della carne, perfetta la cottura, inoltre i piatti bollenti ti danno la possibilità di aggiustare la cottura al momento. Buone comunque anche le altre portate, ottimo il pane, i dolci e i vini. Servizio inappuntabile, gentile e professionale. Carino anche il locale, i prezzi un po' alti, ma giustificati dalla qualità del cibo.

Ho prenotato per giovedì 8 febbraio 2024, il locale si presenta bene con una buona accoglienza, lasciando un po' a desiderare il bagno, (piccolo e poco funzionale, sopratutto se hai un bimbo piccolo).
La griglia, fiore all'occhiello della location e davvero ben posizionata per non parlare del MASTRO GRIGLIATORE che è davvero super attento e preciso nelle cotture davvero ben fatte.
Se mi è concesso, una nota personale, sull'aggiunta del sale e del pepe nero a volontà del GRIGLIATORE, questo mi lascia un po' un disapprovo, perché non ho scelta preventiva (se ti capita, come me, la prima volta che vai a mangiare) ti accorgi di questi piccoli particolari, solo una volta che la carne ti arriva nel piatto caldissimo a tavola.
Il personale è davvero ben disponibile e molto preparato, mi dispiace solo per la signora bionda che credo sia la proprietaria che a mio parere è poco disponibile ed anche un pochino "snob" nell'arco della serata. Non nego che il locale è la bontà della carne siano davvero positivi, la scelta di vini un pochino limitata nel mio caso di scelta di un ruché, di sicuro ritornerò per assaporare altri tagli di carne accompagnato da un buon ruché. Vi terrò aggiornati.
