Everything was great! The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and fast. The food and drinks were good and fresh. The prices were fair.

Courtesy, friendliness, fast service, and attentive customer service, they even cater to celiacs. Fantastic hospitality, even for dogs. If you're passing by, I recommend stopping by.

Nice little restaurant, small menu but something for everyone, we stopped here after a hike and after having looked at this great medieval village, really friendly staff and the prices are OK, I felt very comfortable and especially the surroundings...

Absolutely fantastic café in the center of one of Italy's oldest medieval villages, with about 50 residents and significantly more tourists. The staff is great, the food is delicious. Perfect spot for a short break.

The perfect end to a trip to Lake Tenno! Every time I'm there, I take a walk to the small medieval village and stop here for a bite to eat. You can't miss it, and you shouldn't miss it! The food is great; I usually get a mixed platter of cheese and sausage, but the carne salada (I think you'd call it salted meat in German) is especially delicious! You should definitely try it! The owner is a real star, always super friendly and in a good mood, and you're immediately greeted warmly! He even let us try his own wine, which is also impressive. In short: A typical Italian restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired and where you immediately feel welcome and at home! I will continue to come here every time! Thank you!

I was their customer, now I am their friend. I highly recommend it to all those who love authenticity and know how to appreciate it. The food at almost 0 km is quality, as are the local wines and draft beer. The place is truly beautiful and in a magical context (village, lake, paths...). Go there, enjoy the genius loci with tranquility... and if you find it full, have the right patience 🙂

Visited with a group. Beautiful medieval restaurant in underground rooms. The restaurant manager welcomed us in Czech. The tables were beautifully set. Wine, water or beer could be ordered. The fact that there was only one glass for drinking is probably common in this region. A negative blow to the local gastronomy was the small plastic cutlery served, which we had to eat with. The owner was probably afraid that guests from Eastern Europe would steal stainless steel cutlery. That didn't happen to me even at a campsite in western Ukraine. However, other guests in the restaurant were given normal stainless steel cutlery wrapped in a paper bag. That was quite depressing for me. The food was cold. Cheeses, salamis, marinated carpaccio (I ate it for the first time in my life), pickled vegetables, prosciutto, ham. The dishes could be seasoned with home-made pastes. At the end, there was an excellent strudel, but again with a plastic fork. Traditional espresso exceptionally with a metal spoon. (probably the owner couldn't find a plastic one). It is possible that the tour leader ordered plastic cutlery, but the restaurant manager shouldn't have agreed to it. The motivation for setting the table with plastic cutlery puzzles me. I don't know of a restaurant in the Czech Republic where they would set the table like this, maybe only some street stall or fast food. The Italian hospitality in this restaurant was a big disappointment for me. The space at the table was cramped, I was sitting under some air conditioning, where it was difficult for me to get up from the table. The toilets were very clean.

Visiting the beautiful ancient village of Canale di Tenno with its characteristic alleys, I go looking for a little place to have lunch, right in the historic center I see a place with the writing "Locanda del Borgo" then I thought this is for me, I must honestly say that the name attracted me as much as the whole location, it really seemed like eating in an ancient inn of the past. Luckily I had booked the table because the place was full. The welcome was more than excellent, very kind staff, I take this opportunity to greet the three girls, Federica, Chiara and Giada for their friendliness, kindness and courtesy, a warm greeting also to Alessandro for his welcome. I ask for advice with a nice platter of cold cuts and cheeses among which the famous "salted meat" could not be missing, one of the traditional dishes of Trentino cuisine, I assure you, an absolute goodness!!😋😋 The courses are abundant, just one platter was enough for lunch. The prices are good, considering that you are in a place located in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, so I would say excellent quality/price. If you go to Canale di Tenno you can't miss stopping at this excellent inn, you won't regret it. I thank the entire crew of the Locanda for the excellent welcome and for the divine lunch, I hope to come and visit you again. Highly recommended!!
