First the order was not taken correctly. Then they brought tagliatelle that I had not ordered. If I ask for a first course alla puttanesca they are not tagliatelle normally but normal pasta and at least you should ask me if they are okay. The matriciana instead had pecorino that tasted stale. Wine not appreciable. Average price but not adequate for the poor quality

I booked with a box and I didn't give much importance to the choice, I must say that actually the photos of the exterior do not correspond to reality because they are old, as for the room it was certainly spacious, clean (very important!), vintage and not very modern (not always a negative point), equipped with radiators that were hot. Breakfast was all cheap but there was a choice, very good cold cuts! Extremely courteous and kind service (the thing I appreciated most)! Unfortunately I don't have photos of the room but it wasn't among those sponsored on the site..

Very nice place, there is an excellent view from the rooms. What is certain is that the structure is dated, but this does not mean that it has a certain charm. The staff is very friendly, beyond expectations. I had dinner from starter to main course and I ate very well. Standard breakfast.

20/03/2025: The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected! Since it was the end of the year (Actually I needed a write at new year day!!) and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

15/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo locale a distanza di un anno. La vista sulle montagne e la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto sono un plus. Cibo buono, servizio veloce, prezzi sempre alti. Consiglio al cameriere di non rivolgersi ai clienti con caro/,cara. Alla seconda diventa fastidioso.
10/03/2025: Chalet comodissimo all'arrivo della cabinovia, sia per l'estate ma anche per l'inverno anche se non si scia Ambiente moderno ed allo stesso tempo perfettamente inserito nel suo contesto naturale All'interno cura del dettaglio , il legno della val di Fiemme domina in tutta la struttura e con ampie vetrate per godere a pieno il panorama All'esterno una terrazza meravigliosa con vista sul Lagorai e Pale di San Martino Menu' non troppo vario ma eccezionale Prezzi nella norma per essere in un rifugio a 1967 mt
