A great find. Centrally located, fast but with quality food. Local cuisine, well prepared. No reservations, so there's a line but it moves quickly. It's worth stopping to try their pappa al pommodoro and the meats cooked on a hot stone.

We ate DIVINELY Stuffed Crescia, pappardella with wild boar ragù, and braised beef with mashed potatoes... all three dishes were excellent. Worth trying!

The place is beautiful and welcoming, the waiters are friendly and always available. The food is high-quality, both the meat and the pasta. I have to say I really enjoyed it and would gladly eat here again.

22/08/2025: I've been to this place many times, including takeout, and each time I've found the same quality and attention to detail. The burgers are truly excellent, with super-fresh bread (especially the "burnt" one) and a varied selection of chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options, to please all tastes. The place has a lovely character, with a refined and pleasant industrial style. In the summer, you can also eat outside, but I personally prefer the indoor atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: parking is available in front or a few meters away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. A must-visit for anyone looking for a quality burger in Perugia, highly recommended!
