Excellent food, friendly staff. Giancarla and her husband are very kind and attentive. They prepared a special menu for a vegan, including desserts. The hand-sliced Fassona steak is the best I've ever had, excellent, as is the fillet with green peppercorns. I absolutely recommend it and we'll definitely be back.

A GENUINE PLACE.
The restaurant is very characteristic and full of medieval objects, which reflect the history of the place, a family-run restaurant that has been open since the 1980s, specializing in Piedmontese cuisine. But what struck me most was the friendliness and authenticity of Giancarla and her husband, two truly wonderful people. One of the guests was vegan, and they went out of their way to create a complete menu specifically for her. As if that weren't enough, they offered us bugie and wine.
I wish there were more genuine people like them.
The food is exquisite, the pasta is handmade, the meat is high-quality, and most of the dishes are homemade.
I hope Giancarla continues to carry on this project.

Gentlemen, if you want good, authentic food and feel right at home, this restaurant is perfect for you. A charming, quaint family-run restaurant with convenient parking. We were welcomed and served by a kind lady, who was also a pleasure to chat with and who looked after us throughout the evening. With her, you can choose this or that, and if you're unsure, like me, and don't know which entree to order, she'll bring you a second plate with a little of each. Exquisite cuisine with a few imaginative touches. Very competitive prices; I'm posting photos of the menu: €36, cover charge, various appetizers, first course, second course, dessert, coffee, and wine (bottle, not glasses). At the end of the meal, the lady even left us the bottle of wine we hadn't finished. :-) And when you get up, you're full.

On the way from Turin to the upper Canavese, we stumbled upon this medieval-style inn. All the vintage-inspired furnishings blend beautifully together. The cement tiles in the bar area are beautiful. The kindness and professionalism of the owner made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Generous, high-quality portions.
