A lunch of those passing through, almost in a rush which quickly transformed into a tasting experience as refined as it was unexpected. The Locanda dei Mercanti restaurant has that mix of balanced refinement and simplicity that immediately makes you feel like a welcome guest rather than a customer. The approach that the owners and managers of the service and the kitchen have given to the experience is certainly of a "family" type, in the reductive sense of the term given that the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing but in reality nothing here is ordinary, the The same environments, the particular furnishings and even the arrangement of the tables are of a refined environment that the owners, managers of the kitchen and service, manage to further enhance with their presence and conversation about ingredients and preparations.
