Excellent and refined dishes, a charming atmosphere, and polite and friendly owners. The main dining room is all white stone, tastefully and simply furnished. The tagliolini with truffle were truly delicious, as was the presentation, with the dusting of shaved truffle. They offered us two starters with truly excellent selections. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful, elegant, and rustic inn in the historic center of Cassano; little publicity is given, but once you sit in one of the two small but welcoming rooms, you understand why: they don't need it; the quality of their offerings is their calling card. The menu features refined and carefully crafted dishes, resulting in a truly successful combination of flavors and aromas. For our first visit, we enjoyed the octopus tentacle on roasted potatoes and spaghetti with anchovies, fennel, and fried bread for our main courses. One word: exceptional!!! Service is entrusted to the lady (I believe the owner, who is currently pregnant 😍❤️) who was able to advise us on the wine selection, as well as offering us a welcome dry sparkling wine. The prices are perfectly in line with the service and the quality of the menu. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended. Well done!

Wonderful lunch, everything was excellent

A perfect dinner, in a place where passion for cooking meets a profound and respectful knowledge of the local area, without ever overdoing it. Each dish tells a story, and every flavor is treated with special attention. Local products are enhanced with technique and creativity. Special praise goes to the tagliolini with lobster and tomato essence. Compliments to the chef and all the staff: we will be back soon, and with great pleasure.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena e ne siamo usciti piacevolmente soddisfatti. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e il personale attento, disponibile e cortese. Il menù offre piatti ben curati, con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ogni portata trasmetterva sapori equilibrati e presentazioni eleganti. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini. Atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pranzo a dir poco eccezionale, piatti superlativi creati, con materie prime d'eccellenza, con maestria e professionalità, abbiamo gustato i piatti dal primo all'ultimo accompagnati da un ottimo vino e serviti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità in un ambiente accogliente e curato. Se passate da Cassano delle Murge non potete non fermarvi per un pranzo o una cena.

I went with my family last night and it was a perfect dinner. A charming place where the owners make you feel at home, offering delicious and exquisite dishes. We will definitely be back.

Un piccolo gioiello nel centro storico di Cassano delle Murge: atmosfera elegante, accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per un’occasione speciale e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. Piatti realizzati con ingredienti freschi e locali, presentazione curata e sapori ben equilibrati. Tra i vari piatti che abbiamo provato una nota particolare meritano il polpo e le tagliatelle con polpa d’astice: semplicemente deliziosi! Il servizio è stato attento e cordiale, con grande disponibilità da parte del personale. Per concludere, ci è stata proposta una selezione di dolci fatta in casa che ci ha conquistati. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, porzioni generose e una cucina che valorizza al meglio i prodotti del territorio. Torneremo sicuramente oltre che consigliarlo a tutti.
