In a full place (Sunday lunch), courtesy and availability were maintained. The welcome plate disappears in no time. Appetizing first courses, respectful of tradition (very sweet turnip tops and al dente pasta, noteworthy paccheri with fish and broth, tagliatelle with mushrooms in which the mushroom did not cover the flavor of the pasta), perfect second courses (braised pork and stuffed calamari of ricotta: perhaps these are a little weak compared to everything else). But the highlight were the desserts: all excellent. The choice of wine did not satisfy everyone (my fault: the sweet primitivo doesn't excite me, even if it was still suitable for the type of order). Adequate consumption time; price consistent with how much eaten. Let's continue like this

Il ristorante che non ti aspetti in un piccolo centro storico di paese, per noi è una chicca da quando lo abbiamo scoperto.. È la seconda volta che torniamo e partendo dalla proprietaria molto gentile e accogliente. Questo posto ti stupisce per il trattamento, la qualità dei cibi e l'attenzione per ogni pietanza. La maggior parte degli alimenti sono fatti da loro, come i taralli buonissimi e l'aperitivo che offrono ad ogni cliente prima del pranzo. Prezzi onestissimi data la qualità e l'esperienza gradevole del pranzo. Ogni qualvolta siamo su Cassano, è tappa fissa per noi. Non troviamo spesso ristoranti così. Complimenti allo chef e ai collaboratori. Torneremo.

Prima volta in questo locale, attirati dall’aver scoperto che Franco Ricatti (artefice di tanti successi gastronomici in regione e fuori regione) collabora con la proprietà. Locale carinissimo in stile locanda rivisitata; pochi posti e tanta cura nel servizio. Essendo disponibile tartufo bianco, la nostra cena è stata improntata a piatti che ne prevedessero l’abbinamento: tartare di fassona, risotto, tagliolini, chateaubriand, spalla di agnello glassata al moscato di Trani. Sorbetto al melograno seguito da tortino al cioccolato. Tutto squisito e complimenti allo chef Gianni. Cantina di livello. Cristina davvero brava in sala. Non può mancare un applauso a Franco Ricatti che firma un’altra imperdibile realtà culinaria.

As always it is a good experience, compared to the last visit the menu has been updated and is very good. The service is impeccable, as unfortunately happens more and more rarely nowadays. Highly recommended
