A quaint, family-run restaurant. We came here with a group of friends to try the bear dishes, which we were curious about. We all ordered gnocchi with bear ragù for the first course and stewed bear for the second. The dishes were good and plentiful, and the bear has an interesting, sweetish flavor. The service was very fast; we finished dinner in 45-50 minutes. The staff, though taciturn, were friendly and efficient. Personally, I wouldn't go back specifically for the bear, but I would come as a group with friends for a different kind of evening.

A pleasant place. It's rustic. Warm atmosphere, fireplace, wood, stuffed birds and animals, and various cute little touches throughout the room. The meat is delicious. I recommend it. Suitable for large groups. The only downside is the road is very challenging, especially in the evening. Lots of turns, and the serpentine roads are challenging.

You eat well, in the sense of good meats, from cold cuts to cheese to game. There's none of that constant taste of factory farms where the cattle eat only disgusting, unripe, acidic silage of all kinds, not just corn, then disgusting feed and forage caught in the rain, half-rotten and moldy. To get them to eat it, they have to give them bags of mineral salts so they can swallow everything. The cows even lick the cement of the mangers. And then everything else. There's none of that malspadato (badly castrated piglets resulting in the taste of urine in the meat) liver flavor, which then leads to the taste of blood. Wild animal meats are incredibly good, starting with bear, wild boar, roe deer, deer, reindeer, etc.

Excellent restaurant with truly special dishes, exquisitely crafted, flavorful, and prepared. The service and courtesy are second to none. Reasonable prices.

I had the fillet steak, it was amazing!!! The wine was excellent! Friendly, smiling staff. Very fair prices!!
