Fantastic place, the food is excellent (we tried a platter as a starter, a first course and a second course) and the kindness and friendliness of the staff leave their mark. I will happily return!

Without praise, looking for a restaurant for a dinner, stumbled upon it by chance, the 5 stars on quality, not received. Mixed fried appetizer just enough for two, Ravioli with porcini mushrooms, practically overcooked and melted on the plate. A second course of melted cheese served on a cold plate and therefore already solid before being tasted and insufficient to be a second course. Green salad to be dressed with a very low quality oil. Two glasses of poor quality white wine. Final fruit tart reheated and evidently not fresh. Only the price remained at average levels, but given the dinner I would say too much. Maybe we got the wrong day? (Tuesday)

The excellence of the food with few frills, cooked in a simple and genuine way like the owners who are humble and exquisite people. You feel like you're eating at your grandmother's house in a homely and very welcoming environment. We arrived at 4pm very hungry from the station and the very kind lady Aida satisfied us by preparing a pasta alla gricia which has nothing to envy of starred dishes. The owner was very kind, he spoke to us explaining in detail the preparation of the dishes and advising us, we trusted him and we did very well. It's a shame not to have met Mrs. Aida because (being a great worker and lover of her work) she remained in the kitchen the whole time, but there will be no shortage of opportunities to get to know her. Superb mixed fried Ascoli sauce, never eaten so good not even in Ascoli, and the icing on the cake is the tiramisu which is a delight, made by Mrs Aida with love and dedication. The food is freshly prepared, very fresh and high quality ingredients. We will be back very soon!

Super aida, everything delicious

Nice experience very good food She "I think the owner" was delightful, but she did a bit of everything... waitress, chef, entertainment... a little too much waiting, but maybe it's not always like that.

Nothing to say about the goodness of the food, in fact the dishes were plentiful and good to taste, the waitress was kind but.... Two real hours for a plate of pasta seems a bit excessive to me in terms of waiting time, whatever the reason... And receiving the bill and being told the children don't pay, asking for explanations and recounting and seeing that the children paid for everything without even a euro discount, finding themselves paying even ten euros for unwanted fried food... It wasn't pleasant.

Christmas Eve. Stormy weather. Deserted city. We end up inside Aida's inn, no one inside. The show begins. She is a storyteller, she welcomes you warmly, she tells you everything, she stops to listen to you as she runs in and out of the kitchen, she toasts with you. Rare humanity. The food and wine offered by Aida are inebriating, in a fascinating context of vintage furnishings and objects, they take on the sense of a beautiful dream. We are not talking about "eating" but about an experience!
