We went to the restaurant. Highly recommended. The atmosphere was very refined, both inside and out. The dining room in the evening was truly spectacular, beautiful. The food was top-quality and there was a good variety of choices. Friendly service. The prices were very fair. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail. Congratulations! Tip: save room for dessert, because they are excellent!

Located just above Palagano. Panoramic location overlooking the mountains, offering a breathtaking sunset. Simple, authentic cuisine. Well-kept and welcoming spaces. A place to unwind and forget the stress of the plains.

A wonderful surprise. Excellent food, home-style mountain cooking and game. Spectacular fried black cherry ice cream, impeccable and courteous service. Reservations required for a garden grill. It was unknown to us, 1,000 meters above Palagano in the countryside. Rooms offer complete relaxation in the cool, green surroundings. We'll definitely be back to try the full menu. Thanks also for kindly keeping our motorbike indoors during the storm!

Sono una cliente storica e tutte le volte è sempre una garanzia andare alla Ciallamina e da Enrica ! Quest'estate ho portato a pranzo i miei amici toscani ed è stata una domenica molto bella ! Eravamo fuori sotto il gazebo nel bellissimo giardinetto che hanno creato ,che dire sul cibo ..la qualità è ottima le porzioni abbondanti, il servizio impeccabile nonostante fosse una giornata caotica e avessero il ristorante pieno ,il personlae sempre con il sorriso e disponibile . È sempre un piacere andare alla Ciallamina oltre che per il buonissimo cibo e per la bellissima location unica nel suo genere anche per Enrica e la sua famiglia che sono degli ottimi padroni di casa !!
