Menù di carne e pesce tradizionale.a ottimi i piatti che ho provato : insalata di carciofi e schegge di asiago , maccheroncini di farina di castagne con noci e fonduta e tagliata . Buono il sevizio e prezzi nella media .

A dive into tradition which is very current when you ask for a typical Venetian quality restaurant. The welcome was the aperitif in the restaurant cellar. Here is the history of the wines, with the pairing with the right dish, certainly the result of research. To then move on to the restaurant, with trolley service and a restaurant manager always present. Music in the background, piano and above all never the noise typical of crowded restaurants. The second courses of first courses, with the house bigoli, second lamb chops, and the tagliatelle which was butter. Wines paired with dishes. Tiramisu? Of course yes. The prices? Low for the quality of the dishes and the welcoming service. P.s. go there

Dinner here (on the recommendation of our B&B hosts) was a highlight of our time in Padua. A dining room packed with tables of families and friends enjoying themselves is always a good sign. If you’re an offal eater (like my husband) there are some very interesting regional dishes to try, such as green bible tripe with mint. For me, who’s not a fan of offal, there was plenty too – though I decided on a delicious raw artichoke salad with pecorino. There was so much more we wanted to eat – the pasta looked excellent – but we saved ourselves for the amazing cheese trolley, one of the best I’ve ever seen. So glad we pushed on to dessert, as liquorice meringue filled with lemon curd was a delicious finale. Wine list and wine service were excellent – a glass I didn’t like was replaced free of charge (it wasn’t faulty, just not to my taste) with a great amber wine that the waiter suggested. The room and service have an old world charm without being stuffy. Highly recommended, I can’t wait to come back.

Devo dire che erano veramente tanti anni che non mangiavo e bevevo così bene! Ho provato il tortino di funghi, il risotto di funghi, la tar tar di manzo, il tortino al cioccolato…tutto impeccabile, veramente strepitoso!!! E Ferdinando abbina ad ogni cibo del vino eccezionale. Dieci e lode!
