Locanda Appennino In Predappio

Passing through Predappio, we stopped for lunch at Locanda Appennino. Despite it being close to closing time, we were greeted with great courtesy and availability for a last-minute meal. The portions were generous and very tasty, while the staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, accommodating our every request. A special mention goes to the warm welcome given to our large dog, who was immediately brought a bowl of fresh water. Overall, a very pleasant experience and truly excellent value.

We had lunch here before Covid. We found it renovated, with the added bonus of some rooms. We ate very well! It's confirmed to be an excellent place!!!

One of the most beautiful places ever. And the food? Excellent, the chef is one of a kind. I think there are very few places like this in Italy, if any. The place is spotless, exceptional, and beautiful. We'll always return when we're here in Rome.

Extraordinary isn't an adjective that fully captures what Locanda Appennino is all about. Perfect surroundings. Refined, spacious, and extremely clean rooms in Art Deco style. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Soft, white bathroom linens. The staff is welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. The restaurant offers delicious dishes that also include garden vegetables, delicious truffles, and porcini mushrooms. The pizza has the ancient aroma of grandparents' wood-fired oven and has a unique flavor and a light texture, yet reminiscent of Neapolitan pizza. Breakfast is excellent and the perfect embodiment of zero waste, because you choose the day before what you'll eat the next day. Everything is incredibly fresh, and they take care of their service with such care that we, who stay in various hotels for both leisure and work, have never experienced before. It's located a stone's throw from Mussolini's Crypt and just two kilometers from the center of Predappio, easily accessible via a well-maintained bike or pedestrian path. So, the location is practically perfect. Especially since they have ample parking and the entire surrounding area can be explored on foot, while also enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. We'd recommend it to anyone, obviously.

We went to the restaurant.... And two days later we came back, everything was excellent, food, service, location, if you come to Predappio try their food, it's an experience that must be tried to understand what I'm talking about, thanks guys.

In addition to eating well, we were welcomed with kindness and professionalism, the waitress was very kind and attentive.

Nice place, very nice to spend an evening out of town. The food is ok, the first courses have a little too much oil but overall everything is good.

The bread alone is amazing! The staff really helpful. Pasta!! Wow!! Yummy. I came for food with my 3 year old we were sharing food and they were very accommodating.
