Un ristorante davvero eccellente, manager affabile e affidabile. Location raffinata ma semplice e calda. Antipasto piemontese TOP (insalata russa, battuta di fossona e vitello tonnato) il flan di cardi con bagna cauda è stata un'esperienza emozionante al palato. Il bunet impeccabile ed il sorbetto all'uva barolo, da urlo....

We had lunch today in this place with friends from Emilia and Romagna. Congratulations for everything. Very kind and patient waiters, amazing dishes and a truly varied wine list.

I loved eating in this place, the menu is varied without being heavy. We understand that the ingredients are fresh, and chosen according to the current season. For my part, the antipasto tris was a golden nugget. The rest of the dishes, pasta and mushrooms were cooked to perfection. For once trifolati mushrooms don't just smell like garlic! There is real mastery on the part of the chef.
I recommend chatting a little with the waiter (who is admirable at his job) to better understand the history of the place.
The setting is great, as there are several different areas to eat whether outside or inside...all are unique.
I will definitely come back!

Sono andata espressamente per gola volevo i funghi fritti!
Antipasto carne cruda di eccellente qualità.( Sono astigiana e ho un ottimo macellaio ma questa era straordinaria). Vitello tonnato se forse vogliamo un piccolo neo salsa un po' salata. Funghi fritti croccanti, non unti assolutamente, strepitosi. Un bicchiere di alta langa e uno di grignolino. Servizio rapido, efficiente, simpatico. Prezzo assolutamente in linea .
