Locanda Antichi Sapori In Genova

Una bellissima sorpresa, se non anche un’eccellenza da provare se ti trovi a passare da Genova . Parcheggio a due passi, e se dico 2 sono veramente 2 . Locale accogliente e caldo , senti proprio l’atmosfera della vera locanda con le pareti che trasudano di storia e tradizione. Personale preparato e gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto e consigliato .Menù ben assortito, ci vorrebbe na settimana per assaggiare tutto . Noi abbiamo preso pasta col pesto ( di loro produzione) , hamburger ( di ottima fattura e cotto in maniera sublime) con contorno di patate e insalata, a infine dolce . Tutto accompagnato da un buon Chianti. Il costo rispecchia tutto anzi mi è anche parso poco . Torneremo sicuramente

Everything was delicious, fassona tartare with excellent pecorino cream, amazing pici cacio e pepe, divine fried anchovies, amazing tuna in a crust... All good. Very good house wine. Very kind staff

The restaurant offers a mix of Tuscan and Ligurian cuisine. So as not to be mistaken, I tasted the brandacujun, which was very good, and the pici cacio e pepe, and these were less good, too soft (I thought they were pre-cooked) to resemble the pici senese. In the end Liguria wins Tuscany 2 to 0

Excellent regional dishes from Liguria and Tuscany, wide choice of wines, friendly staff, welcoming environment, quick service, adequate price. I'll be back!

Tonight (Friday 29 November) we organized a dinner with friends in this place. Let me start by saying that I had already been here years ago on another occasion and that I had already had a very good time. What can I say, except that the excellent standard I found the first time has been confirmed. With the owner we had agreed on two fixed price menus, one with mate and one with Tuscan land, I opted for the Tuscan menu. The Tuscan starter is excellent, rich, varied and well presented, accompanied by good, strictly unsalted bread. Afterwards I enjoyed the braised meat, a well-executed cooking, a rustic and abundant plating, with a soft meat and a velvety and enveloping background. The side dish consisted of baked potatoes, also well cooked with their pleasantly crunchy crust. In short, a warm and welcoming environment, friendly and helpful staff, an excellent wine list and the possibility of satisfying all palates. To miss out on having a meal here would be to miss an opportunity.

Locale con arredamento molto carino rivolto allo slow food conviviale. Menù accattivante e carta dei vini maestosa. Bruschette,pici, carne davverodi qualità e gustosi. Chianti nel tipico fiasco al sapore di Toscana. Tiramisù sfizioso. Prima volta ma non di certo ultima. Prezzo allineato con la qualità e la cura della preparazione dei prodotti.
