We were there on a Saturday evening. Very good pizza, both dough and ingredients. It's a real shame about the wait, 40 minutes for 1 portion of mozzarella and well over 1 hour for pizzas is excessive (without anything else in the meantime), especially for a place that isn't even half full. I hope it improves because the food deserves it.

The food is good, they don't waste time serving their specialty in a clean and airy environment, the Pinsa, then there is the sweet pinsa with chocolate and cream, a delicacy.

03/09/2024: For dinner we ordered a platter of pecorino cheese, abundant and top quality salami and raw ham, sublime scialiattielli with porcini mushrooms and truffles, mixed grilled meat, excellent tiramisu. The owner was very nice and helpful.
02/09/2024: Even though it had few seats, I liked the place. We were in San Benedetto, but the desire to eat land dishes came to me and I don't regret it. That little extra wait was worth it. Furthermore, at the end of dinner (which was also the end of the service) we chatted with the owner who, with the kindness that distinguishes her, let us taste the bitters she produces.
