Stopped by chance and without booking, the restaurateurs prepared a table for us with a short wait. Impeccable service, interesting menu, speed despite being full. Courtesy and hospitality are at home. The dishes were excellent, explained impeccably. Small attention to detail that made the difference (from the wines, to the mise en place, to the viennoiseries served with coffee). The place is truly enchanting, an excellent fusion of historical and modern. Compliments!!

I have been frequenting this restaurant for many years and every time it is a confirmation. The location is truly particular: you eat inside a tower, a refined, intimate environment with an out of the ordinary atmosphere. One of the choices I appreciate the most is the raw fish: in terms of variety, freshness and presentation it is difficult to compare with other places, even high-quality ones. But the first courses also deserve attention, always well executed and never predictable. The service is largely followed directly by Franco and Stefania, the owners: two people of rare courtesy and professionalism. Always smiling, present, capable of making every customer feel truly welcomed. The wine list is also well taken care of: selected with taste, it offers interesting and never banal proposals. In all these years I have never found a drop in quality. The kitchen is solid, constant and reliable. A restaurant that doesn't look for special effects, but works well every day. I recommend booking in advance, because it is often fully booked. And once you try it, it will be clear why.

We have had the pleasure of returning to this restaurant several times and each visit has been an experience that deserves top marks. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, is synonymous with excellence: high quality, attention to detail and authentic flavors that enhance the raw materials without ever overwhelming them. The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet dinner, where you can savor each dish in total relaxation. The selection of wines, especially Italian, is truly remarkable: wide and well-curated. The owner, with his professionalism and passion, is always ready to suggest the ideal wine to best accompany your choices. For me and my daughter it was a true triumph of taste, an experience that left us more than satisfied. We will definitely return and we have not hesitated to recommend it to our friends. Un locale intimo caldo ed accogliente , personale giovane e molto gentile . I titolare sempre presenti e disponibili , piatti di livello il crudo un ottima combinazione e pesce molto buono , cacio e pepe con scampi fatta molto bene forse gli scampi si sentono poco , calamarata di mare ottima forse arrivata un po’ fredda , dolci ottimi e tutto impiantato con grande cura , ti offrono prosecco appena arrivi e dolcetti fatti in casa al termine della cena sempre con grandi sorrisi e gentilezza , torneremo sicuramente .
