Si quieres encontrar un lugar donde comer una cocina romañola genuina y gustosa/sabrosa, tienes que ir a la Locanda alla Mano. No cocinan muchos platos pero lo que cocinan es muy bueno. Loredana puede aconsejarte el mejor vino para tu plato y explicarte todo porque está preparada y es una somelier. Puedes elegir dos cosas: los platos a la carta o hacer una degustación eligiendo un primero, un segundo, una guarnición... antes de un postre. Las materias primas son muy frescas y el lugar es perfecto si necesitas relajarte y descansar. No es barato pero si das una vuelta por Forlimpopoli y no tienes prisa, ¡tienes que probarlo! Uno de mis platos preferidos es la ricotta cocinada en el horno con trufa y un poco de aceite. Y si eres goloso elige como postre pannacotta con canela y una reducción de vino y ciruela deshidratada. Te puedo jurar que al final vas a ¡chupar el plato!
