23/04/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever been to, it's a shame that the maximum is only 5 stars.
We booked for Easter evening, by pure chance, but I would say more than lucky.
We especially ordered some off-menu items for Easter, including asparagus risotto, wonderful, the taste of the asparagus was enhanced to the maximum, but leaving the typical delicacy of the raw material and grilled lamb chops, which melted in the mouth.
From the menu we ordered some pasta (I don't remember the name, sorry) with white rabbit ragù, I think it's the best pasta I've ever tried and some Venetian liver, which looked like butter, given how well cooked and soft it was.
Finally, for dessert we opted for the sbrisolona, which was also good.
The staff are super courteous and professional, but also friendly and smiling, making the atmosphere not too formal, but rather very pleasant.
Very nice place, well and tastefully furnished, very clean bathroom.
The prices are more than consistent with the quantity and above all the quality of the products.
We were very satisfied and if we return to Mantua, we know where to return.
19/04/2025: Every bite of the tortelli di zucca was like a dream. Incredibly good. The dessert, sbrisolona with zabaione, was also spectacular.
